This place has good pizza but trying to get a delivery is impossible. I try and order from the website and I can't because none of the menu items pop up... I then call the place to order and they tell me they don't deliver to my area when I'm only a mile and a half away. This is an error that the owner or manager told me but the employees still insist they can't go less than 2 miles away. Frank n Danny's is right across the street and will come here no problem. Considering it took me 5.6 minutes to get it home, in my estimation the pie was probably cooked at least an hour before I picked it up. The cheese was a plastic coating. If your an old timer from Brooklyn and remember going to the local pizza spot ( for me it was 18th avenue J and V) and getting a big slice and a small cup of soda for a buck, you'll love this place. I've been ordering pizza from here for years! Pizza has always been good. Last night we decided to order Penne Vodka and a Parm rice ball. The Parm rice ball was delicious, the penne vodka on the other hand was a different story. I gave them a 3* review because the pizza never fails and I'm hoping it was just because the food took forever to come and the Penne was cold. But it was just bland. Nothing special about the taste, the sauce, nothing. The pasta was cooked well, I guess that count for something. Next time I'll just stick to the pizza. read more

The pizza has historically been pretty reliable but with all the restaurants closing this is a pretty foolish business model. I was extremely annoyed today because I ordered for pick up and was told 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later and my pie was being made and about to be put in the oven. I remember my family used to get pizza from here years ago, so when it was on grubhub and close to work I figured I'd give it a shot and order some dinner. I got a grilled chicken wrap and a pasta fagioli soup since I was feeling under the weather I was really looking forward to having some soup. I honestly rarely say this, but the soup was legitimately inedible. I opened the top and the smell alone was strange, but I just thought maybe it was me. I tried a little tiny spoonful and nearly spit it out it was just gross. I'm not sure if it was old or just plain bad, but I've had canned soup that's tasted 10x better. The wrap was decent and the only reason I'm giving two stars, but it was soggy and not worth the price. I honestly lost my appetite from the soup so I pretty much wasted nearly $15 on this food. I grew up ordering from here. I used to get the chicken rollatini in this buttery wine sauce. Also, the last time hubby and I visited the white pie with brocolli was great! This time, I was slightly disappointed. I have been craving a chicken parm hero so I ordered one, except I said light on the cheese, and to add cherry peppers. the hero came out and it was decent. My issue was there was very little chicken cutlet. The chicken cutlet I remember was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and overflowing, like 4 breasts! The bread was good, as is most hero bread in any shop in staten island. The marinara tasted like tomato puree and did not have the same flavor it used to. My mom got the lentil soup, which she liked, had a lot of lentil, but she felt required more soupy portion, may have been a bit thick. Ok really good pizza, but multiple times I get difference answers with service. Sometimes I'm too far somethings they deliver. And that's such a turn off, I have this problem ordering to my home and where I work we order for a dept on lunch and some days they'll come others they won't. I go to Kingdom almost every day for lunch. Sammy the owner is very nice always great me by name. He's helpful and the rest of the staff is very friendly as well. I hosted an event last month at work and asked them to cater it - Everyone at the event loved the food and asked where we picked it up.
