My partner and I were genuinely disgusted by the treatment we received - and lack there of. Even the manager, who appeared to be Latina, was selective with her customer service and completely lacking the basic Starbucks warmth and professionalism. We sat and watched them treat literally everyone else with the same friendliness and courtesy, yet as the only two Black people there, simply minding our business and waiting for our drinks, we were clearly targeted with passive-aggressive behavior and dismissive energy. It was obvious, uncomfortable, and unacceptable. Y'all need prayer, accountability, and retraining. We will not be back, and I will absolutely be warning other Black people about this location.
