Never saw him drag hose from the truck to spray the lawn! He never drilled holes around palm trees to inject into the ground as we were told. He dropped granules all up against the trunks, supposed to inject under the soil around trees. 4 days later I'm well enough to go outside to work in my garden beds. To my horror I see ALL MY FLOWERING SHRUBS have granules thruout the shrubs all over their flowers that are now brown, & burnt where fertilizer stayed, & again fert is up against the trunks. Neither of these things are proper care, & a lawn/landscaping Co should know this! We never ordered shrub care! None of what we paid for was done! The 2nd day they come again, & spray the lawn, the 2nd time? Idk what they did to the lawn on day one. A week later I see a huge cockroach, only one ... sod web worms, & moths on the lawns edge! Did they spray for bugs bc that is the main reason we hire lawncare Co's. Our lawn is burnt in spots, its never had this happen with any Co., & my shrubs are awful! In 23 years, 4 Co's this was our worse experience yet. We loved our sales lady, but none of what she sold us was done as she said! I would've complained immediately, but I've been sick. Wish I'd talked with the tech's but I doubt it would've made any difference. These guys should be trained & educated in what they do especially when dealing with chemicals. TERRIBLE! Their Irrigation Services are just terrible. Each time I call for a repair they say they were just out but have no way of prooving it, no report, no sticker on door. Nothing. I called for a repair and it took them a week to come out and "assess" the repair and then do not call back to address the issue. When I called they told me the repair was scheduled a month from assessment date. I asked how they sold a service they cannot perovide and I was informed they only have one irrigation employee. I am still waiting on a call back and have called/emailed several times. I feel completely taken advantage of. We desperately need a repair done ASAP.
