Then I can't tell them I'm on my way or that I've arrived. They have items available on the app but then they mark it "out of stock" if it's not on the shelf. You can double check the app and it still shows in stock, so they just don't want to go through the extra work of getting the back stock to properly fulfill the order. They don't answer their phone and they're marginally attentive when you go in store. It's really bad with no end in sight. If a store came into this city with great service they really could do well, because no one would go to these stores anymore.

The olive oil here is absolutely amazing. After sampling a few, we settled on the Greek-inspired one, which had such a rich, delicious flavor. We also couldn't resist picking up some of their honey to take home. The owner was very nice and informative, taking the time to explain the different oils and making the experience even more enjoyable. It's always a bonus when you can learn something new while shopping. I also love that Tesla chargers are located at interesting spots like this--it makes charging more like an opportunity to explore. There were soda vending machines and a restroom available. Definitely a place I'm glad we discovered and would happily visit again!

Everyone smiles and anything you are looking for most of the staff can lead you right to it or will find someone who can. This speaks greatly to their culture. I'm assuming that the administrative team set up an expectation of service excellence and will have nothing less. I don't know if the are rewarded with better pay or conditions than any other grocery employee, however the genuinely look as if they love their job. Now to the less that great side of things, their selection leaves one wanting. They have just the basic produce, onions, carrots, potatoes, and the like. Their organic selection leaves a lot to be desired as well. Their prices would make you think that they are very proud of their product. They truly are the only game in town, which is why they can command a bit more along with their amazing staff. They are probably a solid 3, but get a 4 for their dedication to customer service.

There were none by the front door, neither indoor nor outdoor. We asked a staff person and they said they're next to the front door. Nope. We even left the store to go back to the parking lot to try to find one. None in sight. But we still need groceries so back into the shop we went. I walked about the majority of the shop since my shopping list items ran the gamut of deli items, produce, drinks, snacks, baked items and toiletries. So as I walked about, I took notice of the number of customers with and without carts; there were not a particularly significant number of folks with carts. So what's up with the shopping cart shortage?! Possible bulk cart thievery? Who knows. But I do know it sure made it difficult to buy a multipack of bottled water and other items. The store was clean and organized. But by golly they need to get more shopping carts.
