Expensive suit & blouse pressed incorrectly at a different cleaners. Thought completely ruined (shiny seams, belt marks imprinted), but Miller's restored beautifully. They are masters at stain removal as well. Such nice staff, 100% local. Highly recommend! read more

I had a summer hotel style comforter laundered and got a message that it was ready for pickup one day earlier than expected. I got in on a special $20.99. Great bargain and it came back in a plastic zip up bag for easy storage. Friendly efficient staff. read more

I had a last minute request to alter a granddaughter's prom dress. I called Miller's on 21st at Maize Rd. Even though the seamstress was leaving in an hour and had other projects to finish they took the dress, did a beautiful job and even pressed it for us. The ladies were so sweet, friendly, accommodating and professional! I couldn't find words to thank them and couldn't be happier. I'm for sure a returning customer! read more

If you need to do bulk laundry, it's $33 a bag and you can fit between 3 and 5 normal loads in a bag. This is for the basic wash and fold. Great for when I pulled stuff out of storage and needed a lot of laundry done. They do blankets and such but there are some limitations I had to ask them about. I generally don't do dry cleaning so I don't know if those prices were good. My biggest concern is when the laundry is done they keep saying they will contact you but out of the 4 times I used them in the past 3 months, they only called/texted once, the rest of the time I had to call and verify if my laundry was ready. It was usually ready but not at the store until the afternoon or evening of the day they said it would be ready by. read more

unexperienced and very expensive. they damaged a $500 dress for my wife. will never use them again.

I give them thumbs up for being friendly but I was disappointed how pricey it is. 2 suits for almost $40 and it doesn't look any better than the cheaper dry cleaners. The ones I used to go closed and I thought I would try it but not sure if I will go back. read more

In September, I dropped off a very good pair of black slacks, along with other articles of clothing, in preparation for a trip to Washington DC and Nashville. Upon pick up I was informed that my black slacks were missing, but was assured they would be located. I informed the clerk that I had to have for my forthcoming trip. Prior to my trip, I returned, to be told once more that the slacks were missing. Again,I reminded clerk of my trip. She instructed me to purchase a pair of slacks and bring them the receipt and the cleaners would reimburse. I did that in Sept and after numerous calls, I have never been reimbursed for the slacks that they lost. Millers does not conduct their business in a honest and ethical manner and , because of that, have lost a long time customer. read more

The staff is is courteous and will work hard to make sure their customers happy. I had to return a batch of my work shirts due to wrinkles in a couple of areas. The staff took the time to make sure they understood what my expectations were and made sure to note them for future service. I return each week with shirts consistently in the condition I needed them to be. Additionally, my shirts avoid wrinkles. I dropped off a white dress shirt with a severe ink stain in the pocket I considered ruined. The shirt was returned without any damage and without a hint of the stain. read more

All businesses occasionally make mistakes, but they don't all try to make things right. Miller's made it right. I came to Wichita for my son's graduation from Paramedic school, and forgot to have my slacks cleaned/pressed. I called Miller's at 21st/Maize, and they promised to have them ready at noon the following day (for an additional fee, of course!). When I arrived to pick up my pants, they weren't back for pickup. I had to drive to the main facility on 2nd street (not the worst thing that could have happened), but Carol had them ready for me when I arrived, and not only was she was very apologetic, she made no excuses, and she didn't charge me for ANYTHING. Again, everyone drops the ball on occasion, but Miller's knows how to recover. Thank you Miller's, and a special shout-out to my girl Carol for making things right. THANK YOU!!!! PS - my pants look great!!!!! read more

This business has been here long enough that even though the neighborhood has totally changed from what I remember as a kid, it's still here, and now I know why. We were going somewhere else, but after a mishap, decided to switch. It was so worth it. My clothes always look amazing and they do all these little extra things. The sleeves of my suit jackets are stuffed with paper so they stay amazing until I wear them again, and when I dry cleaned my coat and accidentally left a pair of cashmere gloves in my pocket, they were cleaned and returned, no charge. I even trusted them to do my wedding dress, and no surprise, it was perfect. The staff is friendly too. The biggest plus, I never had to worry about them losing or damaging things. I am really going to miss this place! read more

We use the location off of Maize road. The lady behind the counter is really nice and helpful. We have made this our primary location for taking items for cleaning. Once they had pressed my husbands suit jacket and she didn't think it looked right, she proactively had it re-done and communicated with us. read more

Ruined my dolcegabbana dresses and refused to pay for them. Very improfessional and very careless.

Just paid $70.00 for Miller's Dry Cleaners to destroy my $1,000.00 coat! No cleaning compensation offered not to mention the cost of replacing my coat. If you have something that you care about or is valuable, don't take it to Miller's Cleaners. read more

They destroyed our once beautiful black & white Candice Olson comforter that I had paid $360.00 for at Dillard's. Took it to get it cleaned, they wanted to be paid up front - that should have been a warning, went back a couple of days later to pick it up, took it home. Took it out of the bag to put on the bed, discovered it didn't fit anymore. It had shrunk so much both length and width. Plus it faded back on white, white now is gray. They say they are sorry, and they will refund out money. We are out a king size comforter and they are sorry! Won't go there again - EVER. Never offered to replace it. The comforter looked like I had taken it out and put it in the street for the cars and trucks to drive over it, it was covered with lint. They said they could fix it. Took it back for them to "fix" all they did was iron it. The filler inside the comforter is all bunched up. They say, we can't be responsible for what the manufacturer does. The amazing part is the comforter was made of polyester and I have never seen polyester shrink, but this comforter is now at least 8 inches smaller for the width and 4-5 inches smaller on the length. Needless to say we are sick over this as we are out $360.00. read more
