So pleased with Springclean Laundromat. But clearly accolades belong to Diana and Rose. They are meticulous in keeping all machines in top working orderand so helpful! I saw Diana even sweeping the parking lot! Awaiting my new washing machine at home, I have found an immaculate place to clean my clothes. Thank you for your spirit and helpfulness. read more

It's okay but not alone of front load washers but alot of top loaders it suck but stays busy. The owner and Brittney &husband and kids are great read more

This used to be a great laundromat, but they have lowered the heat on the dryers. You can run the clothes through three times on high heat and they still are not dry. read more

Went to the laundry on Webb Road. A gentleman left his clothes in the washer. The attendant was down right rude to him. He came over and said something to the attendant. She literally screamed at him. Saying dude I work here. She was screaming at the top of her lungs. At this customer. We went about 11:00 am Sept 29. This woman needs to be terminated. read more

Nice place with plenty of different size washers to choose from. Angeliq, the attendant, did a fine job. She was constantly assisting patrons, as well as, cleaning the equipment. I thought prices were very good, but I would suggest they provide more seating. On busy days, I'm guessing most people are standing while their laundry gets done. read more

Exactly what you want in a basic laundromat. Exceptionally, well-maintained, spacious, and bright. A very helpful attendant and decent prices. read more

Over 84 degrees inside the building. They've been here for years so I'm not sure what excuse they would give??? They made the switch from coin to Bluetooth but can provide air conditioning? Wild read more

The spring clean laundromat I went to on 29th street in wichita, kansas was not clean. The tops of the machines were dirty. I asked the young woman attendant for a damp cloth to wipe the tops myself, I did not want whatever that was on my laundry. Several of the machines were in the same shape. The floors were nasty as well. She told me I could not use the machines because someone else was. These machines were empty and open .She said to go somewhere else. This was about 10:30 am on 10/22/20 . I shall not return to this place to be spoken to so rudely and with such disrespect. read more

Since my household washing machine is inoperable, I am thankful I chose Spring Clean Laundromat. The clean, spacious area welcomed my family with ample space for reading, working, and watching television while washing several loads of laundry. The machines, folding stations, and carts were sanitized, quiet, and available. The cheerful attendant carefully checked machines for proper functionality, and insured surfaces and floors were spotless. Thanks for providing a safe environment. read more

Very clean, professional staff and plenty of machines. So glad we found this during our travels

Someone is always on duty keeping the laundry clean and spotless. Courteous on duty attendants.

I've been coming here once a week since the place opened. I've never had any problems, had a friendly acquaintance with the staff and even got a refund on a faulty machine. However the owners seem to be paranoid now a days; having the overnight attendant do security--which is a good way to get shot. I pulled into my usual spot, was getting situated in my car, and not even five minutes into parking, a new attendant I didn't recognize came out and just kind of awkwardly waved at me. Against my better judgement I rolled down my window. She said "the boss man is watching the cameras, so I gotta ask, are you doing laundry?" Now this is not something you should have your minimum wage staffers doing. If you're having a problem with loitering, hire a security expert, and have a hired security guard on duty. I felt like I was being singled out, and no longer feel safe here. This used to be a decent spot to do laundry for a single gal like myself. Had it not been a late night, I would have just made other arrangements. But from now on, I'm going somewhere better. read more

I would give this place 5 stars bc it's probably one of the few cleanest laundry mats that doesn't over charge for having new machines or the cleanliness but the few times I've been here, I get my change shorted or even have Canadian coins, normally don't have a problem with the attendant switching it out, but this particular woman, had a nasty hostile attitude that told me that they couldn't help figure out or compensate 1 quarter being short. As I exchanged 2 5s and only used $9 on washers and $1 soaps. She mentioned as it was "above her pay grade", continued to talk about how it was just 1 quarter, in the laundry mat it's a whole dryer that I could have used. Its really not about the 1 quarter it's the customer service and the nasty attitude I received when I mentioned I was missing 1 quarter even as walking away, your attendants shouldn't be yelling upon first contact. 1 person can ruin the whole experience and maybe you should reconsider for having nasty attendants who don't do much to help your customers or bring religion as to why I shorted a quarter. read more

This is hands down the nicest laundromat that I have ever ever been it. Free wifi flat screen tv's, always enough machines and dryers. There is always an attendant on hand cleaning and there to assist with any problems. I will never go anywhere else. read more

Very clean facility and always a staff on site to help you. They have free wifi and vending machines as well as nice bathrooms. I used to come here twice a week, but my car got broken into outside in the parking lot and purse stolen. Of course, not Spring Clean's fault. However, the employee there advised that he would have the manager check the cameras and see if he could get a liscense plate or description of the perp, and I never heard back. I called a week later and kept having them "leave messages for the manager and owner". They never called me back. So, good facility, but don't get robbed there because they won't help you. read more

2nd time here and the lady that works here does not have on a face mask. Same thing at 21st and Woodlawn. It does no good to clean if your just going to contaminate it. read more

Great place, good machines and the place is clean! I was very happy. The staff were cleaning the whole time I was there!

The place is clean and seems to be well-maintained, but it was HOT in there. I get that we're in the middle of a heat wave, but a little more a/c would have been nice. Prices are $2 per load of laundry and .25 per 10 minutes for the dryers. The free wifi is definitely appreciated. Overall, a much better experience than a small, run down joint would be able to provide. read more

We travel all over the United States in our Airstream for retirement. Usually we look up a local laundromat because we like the big huge machines that front load and RV resorts usually only have the small top loafers that only do one loaf at a time. I have to say when we got to Spring Clean, I was shocked. It is without a doubt the nicest laundromat I've ever been in. I actually had fun doing laundry. read more

Very clean and affordable. The attendant was nice and friendly. The dryers are hot and get large loads dry fast which I appreciate.

I was looking online for a laundromat to wash a king size comforter and I'm glad I found this place. This facility have different sizes of washers and huge dryers. They have free wifi, the place is clean, and have friendly staff. They also have a play area if you have kids, TVs, and a couch area. read more

Been here once, and I'd go again if I needed to. This place is pretty spacious. There are plenty of machines to go around. The $2 machines are the smallest top loading ones near the back. The larger $6 front loading ones are near the front on the sides. Dryers are large and 25 cents/10 min as Aaron W. said. Even though it was 100 something outside at night, it was pretty cool inside. I sat in front of the AC. There's a play area for kids and TVs are scattered around. Free Wifi. People are friendly, lots of clothes folding tables, and lots of metal baskets on wheels. Also, there is always someone working and walking around making sure the place is well kept and that all the change machines are working. AND they can unstick the vending machines too. Def recommend this laundromat. read more

Awesome place ever. Too many spaces. Clean. Free wifi. very comfortable. I will be a loyal customer here

Dryers are 10 minutes for a quarter, WiFi doesn't work very good, but overall it's a good clean place and almost all of the machines work.

A WOW for a laundromat! We hit laundromats across the country while traveling so this one was a pleasant surprise . Large, bright, clean; a play gym for kids, clean restrooms, change machine, with lots of chairs and baskets. Friendly staff and owner. read more
