I thought it was ruined. Morgan's saved the shirt! I highly recommend them!

Worse customer service…read more When I arrived I didn't have cash so I asked if there was an ATM. The lady said no which is fine so I drove to the gas station to pull out cash from the ATM and came right back. All I needed was quarters for the machines. I bring my clothes in and place it in the washing machine. But the lady that was there earlier is now outside which at first I was patient but then I got annoyed. I ring the bell at the register twice since she wants to act like I'm not the only person inside. I finally got fed up and grabbed my clothes and left and she had no cares in the world. She was probably racist since I'm Latin. Oh well! Next laundromat.

I'm in town because my parents have been at the hospital for a week without an opportunity to…read morelaunder any clothes. The nurses didn't have recommendations for a laundromat and also continued to say the area by the Ascension hospital was dangerous. On Yelp, I found this business. With most of the reviews good, I had some hesitancy since they were from a handful of years ago. Needless to say, I was more than surprised by the professional service, clean facility, and very pleasant atmosphere. There is a sitting area; clean, single use bathroom; and a kids space. The location is conveniently close to the freeway. It is well lit with lots of natural light. You can pay with the attendant, quarters, or use and app. I would recommend this to my elderly parent or young niece. Great space to do laundry!

The staff took the time to make sure they understood what my expectations were and made sure to note them for future service. I return each week with shirts consistently in the condition I needed them to be. Additionally, my shirts avoid wrinkles. I dropped off a white dress shirt with a severe ink stain in the pocket I considered ruined. The shirt was returned without any damage and without a hint of the stain.

IF I could give this place no stars I would. I hope the owners know the nasty lady who's working in…read morethere is literally running away business. She's beyond RUDE and nasty and makes you not want to ever step foot in the place again. From the second of walking in the door very rude. I got there at 6:30pm the other day and first thing she says very rudely is can I help you!? And not in a customer service friendly way but like you're walking into her living room. i replied just here to do laundry. She says well "you can't leave" . I said I'm sorry what do you mean she said if you're doing laundry you're not leaving. I go to load up my blankets and turned around and said we will find somewhere a little more friendly. She already had the lights off ready to go home at this time and obviously didn't want anyone to ruin her last hr 1/2 Alone time so runs them off by being nasty. Horrible place. She's done similar before and I reluctantly decided to try again. Enjoy your alone time not making any $$ for the owners because you're so rude. There was more but I've wasted enough time on this place. Note to owner you need friendly staff who doesn't run customers away because she's ready to leave early. And make the place look closed for the night.

He was very kind,…read moreknowledgeable, & helpful; he almost makes me not want to eventually purchase a washer and dryer for our new home, since we just moved to the area 2 weeks ago & don't have one yet. The machines seem to be very well-kept, as my clothes came out squeaky clean, as is to be expected, and dried quicker than I am used to. I have only ever utilized 2 other laundromat services prior to Sudzy Buds, and I must say that one of the two led me to the realization that not all are made equal. Therefore, finding a reputable one here in Sudzy Buds is refreshing; it certainly surpassed my expectations, mainly due to the gentleman who was not only incredibly patient with my fussy little toddler, but also gave me a few helpful tips as to further enhance my experience. Thank you, Sir.
