Worse customer service…read more When I arrived I didn't have cash so I asked if there was an ATM. The lady said no which is fine so I drove to the gas station to pull out cash from the ATM and came right back. All I needed was quarters for the machines. I bring my clothes in and place it in the washing machine. But the lady that was there earlier is now outside which at first I was patient but then I got annoyed. I ring the bell at the register twice since she wants to act like I'm not the only person inside. I finally got fed up and grabbed my clothes and left and she had no cares in the world. She was probably racist since I'm Latin. Oh well! Next laundromat.

The owner is insanely rude and snatched the shirt from my hands and told me I wouldn't be getting it back and refused to give me any money towards replacing it. The following day I went back to get it and she said the stains were there when I brought it in. Untrue. She then tells me I need to just take the shirt and get out.
