Ms. Kim did a marvelous job hemming my dress pants. She had me confirm the color of thread to use. On Monday I asked her if she could have it done by Friday. She called me back an hour and a half later and had it done. A snowstorm was coming and she wanted to make sure I got my pants in time. What a treat - excellent job and 5 star customer service. Fixed like new again! Brought 2 large couch cushion Covers in for zipper repair, and one of them the beading had even torn at the corner beyond the zipper's end. She told me she wasn't sure if her machine could get in there, but she would call me To come pick them back up if not. Otherwise, 2-3 days for $10 each she would have it done. This was not something I was willing to do myself for fear of messing it up so I felt that price was fair, seeing as how most places charge $7 for pants hemming/taking in, etc and these were 22" zippers. I didn't hear from her to come back for them, this was a Monday, I waited Until Friday to come back in. I think due to the broken English I must have misunderstood that she would also call me back when they were done. But they were Finished when I stopped in to check, and they are like NEW!! This place is AMAZING! I brought in 3 pairs of pants that needed major alterations (they practically needed to be remade).
