Food was great, service was barely OK - and it wasn't particularly busy at the time we were there. We ordered a Warm Bavarian Pretzel as the appetizer, which was delightful. The cheese sauce is good, the mustard is amazing. My friends ordered the Sports Bar Nachos, I ordered the boneless wings. The nachos came out shortly after the pretzel, the wings came out a little later, and the kids meals we ordered for the little ones came out after the adults were done eating. The nachos were good, we asked for the sour cream and jalapeños on the side and were charged for them as extra - even though they came on the nachos regularly. I requested the sauce on the side for my wings, they were tossed in the sauce. And luckily the kids were able to eat some pretzel and nachos because if they hadn't there would have been a full meltdown by the time their food came out. The waitress said free ice cream came with the kids meals, there was an extra dollar charge for their ice creams. Which wasn't a surprise after we inquired about the extra charge for sour cream and jalapeños and she said that was included in the cost and not extra, just how it shows up when you put things on the side - not sure if she was new or just didn't understand what we were asking. I've been here a couple of times now, so I totally get the gist of it. We ended up here tonight after we were nearby in need of a late dinner. It's a little quiet on a random Tuesday eve around 8:45. We were seated immediately in a comfy booth. The place is LOUD! It's trivia night and a few tables were enjoying drinks & games. Clientele is a mix of young families & friends. The MC host is fun and does his best with a small crowd. Menu is fine, it's a mid chain bar & grille style place. Service is cordial/polite, tho a bit slow this time of night. Menu has calorie counts and a good mix of what you may want. I got my go-to chicken zingers salad. Zingers=glorified fried chicken breast strips, House specialty. Hubby chose fish & chips. All was adequate and got the job done. It's not cheap, not crazy high pricing. Seems a bit much for what it is, tho but still fairly priced. Exceptionally slow service, rather silly, trivia night, vibe, and food that is mediocre at best. Do not put this restaurant on my radar for repeat visit. I had the fish and chips at the recommendation of the waitress. And have to say that the top was crispy. The bottom was soggy, and the fish itself was relatively tasteless. The accompanying franchise were just OK and the tiny "optional" coleslaw was hardly worth the effort. I may try again for the burgers, as I heard, people speak highly of them, but if the service is as slow next time as it was, this time that visit will be my last no matter how the burger is. My partner and I LOVE this place! We usually get sat right away every time we go. We normally order some beers, an appetizer and then our main course. There is never a long wait time on the drink refills or in-between food items, BUT, there is enough time to enjoy all the food without having to worry about the next meal overlapping. The servers there are quick and come to your table often to check in on everything. What more do you need? They are some of the best people to engage with and their personalities are outstanding! Party of 8 from out of town, early dinner after a day at Everglades National Park. Cold beers & cocktails, good comfort food. That's what we wanted and that's what we found here. Yall. I haven't been to Ale House in AGES, but they've definitely stepped up their game. The beer and specials they have are always fire, but I honestly don't remember the food being this good. Definitely remember it being affordable, but everything we ordered was FIRE. The service was awesome and fast as well. I visit Miller's Ale House about every other week, so I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I asked Chen, one of the servers, if I could get a menu item with a different sauce. Chen told me the kitchen was "too busy" to make that simple change and was passive-aggressive throughout the interaction. I spoke with another server, who immediately accommodated my request without any issue. I'm grateful the second server was helpful, but I'm still shocked by how poorly I was treated by the first one. Regular customers should not be made to feel like a burden for making a simple request. read more

They deserved a 1 today after walking in. I never went here in the morning so I had no idea if they were open or not. I just happened to be running errands and made a stop in the same plaza but door is unlocked tho it was quiet when I walked in. I asked is it open, he says nope!! This is my "go-to" chain sports bar. I love that it has all the bar food staples but equally healthier options too. This was my first time at this location and I'm glad I stopped by. Ambiance -- This location seemed more lit and cleaner than the other locations that I have visited in the past so that was a plus. Service - Andre effortlessly took great care of us. For food -- Ordered my staples, which I haven't had in while and it didn't disappoint. The chicken wings with fries were simply on point delicious! This is a late review but I just have to post. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this Mother's Day, the staff went above and beyond. The gesture of handing out roses to all the moms was so heartfelt. I could see the joy and gratitude on everyone's face. Both in the employees handing out the roses and the mothers receiving them. I just want to thank you and your team for making us all feel so special. Not sure if the hostess was high (she seemed so out of it) or just not very attentive. But I approached the hostess stand said I was picking up a to go order and without looking up she said it's not ready. I sit waiting for about 10 minutes before I get up and look at the to go station myself and see the bag with my name on it. Terrible service. Last Thursday, we went with visitors from abroad to eat prime rib. We'd done it many times before, as it was delicious, but this time the meat was tough and squiggly, and the cut was very ugly. Unfortunately this isn't my first time here, I do live around the corner and being in hospitality there's times that my schedule doesn't give me time to grab a bite after work. Therefore I order for pickup from here or dine in. However , today pretty much did it for me. We ordered our beer and some food items. They were out of a whole bunch of items so I decided to go for wings , Caesar salad and loaded fries. Order took about 30 mins- mind you a Caesar salad takes about tops 2 minutes to make. Granted there is others tables I'm not the only one in this building so a few minutes at that is understandable ( FYI never got our salad until all of our other items came because the bartender forgot it). Fries come out ( supposed to be loaded ) but pretty much got an entire pig ( bacon ) and scallions barely any cheese. I asked the bartender to bring a side of cheese and she got super bothered. After receiving fries, wings , and my salad, bartender didn't visit us the ENTIRE time we were stationed here because she was annoyed that we complained about our un-presentable loaded fries. Worst experience at any Millers Ale House so far. Food was no only cold but it looked like leftovers. I order chicken fajitas and I received little pieces of chicken, almost no cheese, when I asked if they could provide more cheese they charged me extra. No wonder it was empty on a Friday afternoon.
