My partner and I LOVE this place! We usually get sat right away every time we go. We normally order some beers, an appetizer and then our main course. There is never a long wait time on the drink refills or in-between food items, BUT, there is enough time to enjoy all the food without having to worry about the next meal overlapping. The servers there are quick and come to your table often to check in on everything. What more do you need? They are some of the best people to engage with and their personalities are outstanding! Yall. I haven't been to Ale House in AGES, but they've definitely stepped up their game. The beer and specials they have are always fire, but I honestly don't remember the food being this good. Definitely remember it being affordable, but everything we ordered was FIRE. The service was awesome and fast as well. They deserved a 1 today after walking in. I never went here in the morning so I had no idea if they were open or not. I just happened to be running errands and made a stop in the same plaza but door is unlocked tho it was quiet when I walked in. I asked is it open, he says nope!! Looking like he was the manager etc sooooo you couldn't just tell me what time you open. I go outside to read the hours on the door. This is my "go-to" chain sports bar. I love that it has all the bar food staples but equally healthier options too. This was my first time at this location and I'm glad I stopped by. Ambiance -- This location seemed more lit and cleaner than the other locations that I have visited in the past so that was a plus. Service - Andre effortlessly took great care of us. For food -- Ordered my staples, which I haven't had in while and it didn't disappoint. The chicken wings with fries were simply on point delicious! This is a late review but I just have to post. I've been a loyal customer for years, and this Mother's Day, the staff went above and beyond. The gesture of handing out roses to all the moms was so heartfelt. I could see the joy and gratitude on everyone's face. Both in the employees handing out the roses and the mothers receiving them. I just want to thank you and your team for making us all feel so special. I also want to mention how the Shelley personally gave me a rose along with her business card, such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly appreciated. I went to Miller's Ale House with a group of friends from work. The place looked nice and clean . The background music was good as well. The service was great and our waitress refilled our water a few times. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries and both were pretty good. The only drawback to the place is that there is no space for a party of more than 10 to sit together. read more

Not sure if the hostess was high (she seemed so out of it) or just not very attentive. But I approached the hostess stand said I was picking up a to go order and without looking up she said it's not ready. I sit waiting for about 10 minutes before I get up and look at the to go station myself and see the bag with my name on it. Terrible service. Last Thursday, we went with visitors from abroad to eat prime rib. We'd done it many times before, as it was delicious, but this time the meat was tough and squiggly, and the cut was very ugly. Therefore I order for pickup from here or dine in. However , today pretty much did it for me. We ordered our beer and some food items. They were out of a whole bunch of items so I decided to go for wings , Caesar salad and loaded fries. Order took about 30 mins- mind you a Caesar salad takes about tops 2 minutes to make. Granted there is others tables I'm not the only one in this building so a few minutes at that is understandable ( FYI never got our salad until all of our other items came because the bartender forgot it). Fries come out ( supposed to be loaded ) but pretty much got an entire pig ( bacon ) and scallions barely any cheese. I asked the bartender to bring a side of cheese and she got super bothered. After receiving fries, wings , and my salad, bartender didn't visit us the ENTIRE time we were stationed here because she was annoyed that we complained about our un-presentable loaded fries. I will definitely not be dining here ever again. They need to change all their staff including management. read more

I had placed an online order for my family, expecting it to be delivered, but later realized it was actually scheduled for pickup. Worst experience at any Millers Ale House so far. Food was no only cold but it looked like leftovers. I order chicken fajitas and I received little pieces of chicken, almost no cheese, when I asked if they could provide more cheese they charged me extra. No wonder it was empty on a Friday afternoon. We arrived late at late- we got seated in around 15-25 mins in. I would definitely recommend to try the regular zingers and fried jalapeños (if your into spicy). I personally don't recommend to get the singer mountain melt because as you can see from my pictures most of the time it's just fries with very skinny chicken.
