Outstanding customer service. Consist in their level of response. Strange Times, but Ashland Home dot Net is keeping up with the demand and continues to impress. Customer Service 5-stars. Service itself is a SOLID 3. After 4pm we always seem have slower internet speeds.... They do a good job *considering the high demand* Support local businesses and you'll be rewarded with EXCELLENT customer service and people who consistently try to do better. I've tried all 3: consistently better results than Charter and/or Spectrum Internet (in my limited experience over 6 years).
