I went to this location while temporarily living in the area. I had been to other Ideal Dental Locations twice before. Initially, I had a good experience. Everyone seemed nice but the young female doctor told me I had signs of gum disease and would need to get Invisalign or it would worsen. This caused me a major uptick in anxiety. I came back to their office to start Invisalign but changed my mind while in the office because they were charging over $5000. I was suspicious of their diagnosis of "gum disease" and went to another office to get checked. The other dentist found no signs of gum disease, at all. Then, the charges started. I began receiving emails in April that I had signed up for a Kleer subscription, and I called the location and told them I will never be visiting them again, as I had moved out of the area back in August. The email I was receiving said it was being charged on a different card then it actually was. I called Kleer multiple times to cancel the subscription. They said it was canceled. They have still been charging my credit card and it is being canceled now.
