This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

I took my boys in there and was told one of them needed six fillings and one of them needed five. They also told me one of them needed a crown. I don't know how this place gets away with stealing, lying, and scamming, but they are terrible! And it's been going on for years, it's a common topic of conversation in community forums.

BEWARE of UNNECESSARY TREATMENTS THEY ARE PUSHING!…read more I came in for my annual cleaning and was left with a diagnosis of having gum disease and a need for a root scaling and planing treatment plan even though they could not point out where tartar was trapped under the gums or where I had visible bone loss. All they could tell me was my gums were receding. I don't experience bleeding, swelling or even bad breath - suddenly, I have gum disease?!? They refused to perform my annual cleaning - the reason why I was even in their office. It was either I submit to the root scaling and planing scam OR nothing. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I could already see this office bleeding me dry for every cent I have, upselling future treatments I don't really need. HECK, NO! I will not be coming back. These scam artists wasted so much of my time already. It makes me so mad thinking about it again. Visit this office at your own risk!

The atmosphere is 10/10. Cute reception area with comfy chairs, they use an iPad for check in, fancy x-Ray equipment, TVs on the ceiling so that you can watch Netflix while you're getting work done. There's also a huge TV in each little room which is where they show you your X-rays as well as the pictures they take of your teeth (I could do without that part, just because I don't want to see my teeth that big and close to me lol). They play good music on pandora through said TVs, and the music is louder than I've ever heard in a medical office, but it's a vibe! I loveee it because I hate awkward silence. Lastly, the Dentist is super friendly and talkative, she chats with the dental hygienist and I just listen and laugh and add a comment in here or there when my mouth isn't occupied lol. I've been here twice now and will continue to come back!

However, my last encounter a few…read moremonths ago I didn't particularly like. they contacted me several times to schedule a cleaning appt for my son stating it was time so I scheduled, I then scheduled myself as well as my other 2 daughters. My Son completed his appt and it went well but a few days later they contacted me stating my insurance was giving problems not covering one X-ray and to contact them. I did so and the insurance advised that a particular X-ray is only to be given annually which had the appt been scheduled 3 days later would have met the annual limit. The insurance advised that the dentist can not charge me the fee and this is their fault they didn't get clarity on the timeframes and they would have to eat the cost, advising me not to pay it. the dental office contacted me several times about payment and I advised them what I was told so instead of eating the cost they chose to no longer take me and my 4 children as patients. The fee was no were near the price of losing 4 customers.

Every time I would feel *everything* while he drilled into my teeth. I would cry and ask him to stop, and he would get irritated. He never gave injections properly. I potentially have nerve damage, as the entire right side of my face droops and I no longer smile straight. I went to a new dentist, and today they drilled into fillings that were previously done by Taylor. There was decay that was left there underneath the filling. Taylor did not remove the cavity completely. I now have to get a root canal on one tooth and three crowns. I had to go to Taylor several times for these same teeth, each time I still went home in pain. He never solved the problem by getting rid of the decay. I am only 22 and have to get a root canal because of this. He is evil for doing this to me. Avoid going here at all costs. There are several other dentists nearby that will work with you with costs and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. I didn't feel a thing with this new dentist.

A month or so later they let me know I had a balance for a X-ray that I felt I paid for already and we go back and forth about and I request an itemized bill (that I never received) because I did pay for one. I was not in a rush to pay for this as it was right before Christmas but the notices were harassing and threatening to take to collections. If you cannot train your office staff correctly or manage accounts better then void the charge. I shouldn't have to pay extra after spending over a thousand for my visit up front when I already paid for the X-ray before my actual dental procedure. I did pay it but am still receiving harassing notices to send me to collections.
