This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

My last visit I…read morespent a good sum of money to handle my dental needs, including X-rays and I paid everything up front. A month or so later they let me know I had a balance for a X-ray that I felt I paid for already and we go back and forth about and I request an itemized bill (that I never received) because I did pay for one. I was not in a rush to pay for this as it was right before Christmas but the notices were harassing and threatening to take to collections. If you cannot train your office staff correctly or manage accounts better then void the charge. I shouldn't have to pay extra after spending over a thousand for my visit up front when I already paid for the X-ray before my actual dental procedure. I did pay it but am still receiving harassing notices to send me to collections.

Dr. On and her assistant, Chelsea handled me with aplomb. Thank you Dr. On and Chelsea for making the visit to the dentist my best one ever. You are both amazing professionals.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this office. We received inconsistent information from…read moredifferent providers about my husband's treatment. Initially, we were told that both impacted wisdom teeth needed to be removed with bone grafts. Later, another provider said only one tooth would need a bone graft. When we finally met with the oral surgeon, she advised us not to remove the right impacted tooth because it was lying sideways, very close to the nerve, and could cause permanent numbness. We ended up removing only the left tooth. The billing was just as confusing. We were charged for one hour of IV anesthesia (four 15-minute units), but the timeline simply doesn't add up. I left the treatment room at 1:03 PM, and my husband didn't even have an IV yet. At 1:33 PM, a staff member told me the procedure was finished and asked me to bring the car around. My husband walked out at 1:45 PM. When I questioned the one-hour anesthesia charge, I was told it included recovery time. That explanation did not make sense to me, especially when the actual sedation time appeared to be much shorter. Patients deserve clear communication, consistent treatment recommendations, and accurate billing. I have requested a detailed explanation of the charges and hope the office will review and correct them. Until then, I cannot recommend this practice.

I cant tell you all enough, how wonderful Mesquite Dental Group is. Everyone is so nice there. I am…read moreterrified of dentists. The last clinic I went to scared me so badly that I left and never returned. They did not explain anything to me. Just said "you have gum disease" and threw a pamphlet my way advertising the antibacterial injections for the treatment and immediately discussed the money without explaining the issue. I got scared, started crying and left. Mesquite Dental Group was thorough. They have explained everything, every step of the way. They showed me my bone loss on the monitor and explained why its a bad thing and how we will stop it from progressing. They didnt scare me half to death. Upon getting the actual treatment I was terrified, but they kept me calm. Assistants kept asking if I needed a blanket to warm up because of my shaking, they were just concerned I was cold. I would shake my head "no" and by this point the dentist had become well aquainted with me enough to respond "no she's just really scared". The dentist, Dr. Susan George is super sweet, patient and calming. I got five fillings, and a thorough deep cleaning on my teeth and under my gums, and laser treatment to attack the diseased tissue. Michelle Pritchet did the cleaning. Shes amazing and thorough and explained every process to me. I did half yesterday and the other half today. Now I have to keep it maintained with regular visits to the dentist, every three months at first, and then every six months after everything is under control. I will not let anyone else in the world touch my mouth except for the great ladies at Mesquite Dental Group. When the first clinic said I have gum disease, I thought it was a scam or joke because of the lack of meanings and explanation. Turns out it was true. This stuff is no joke. Brush. Floss. Get regular cleanings. My last cleaning was over five years ago. Big mistake. I will have to live with this and maintain it the rest of my life. Im glad I have found a place where I am comfortable enough to get my teeth taken care of.

These over the top cleanings, scrapings, lasers, wanting every threee-4 months cleanings instead of 6 months is unbelievable Im looking for independent dentist that have integrity and genuinely care for their patients

They also said the dentist's office never submitted a treatment plan to get the actual coverage prices and total cost. She told me the reason I waited so long was that she was on the phone with my insurance getting the coverage amounts. NOT! DO NOT go here! Unless you agree to their OVER INFLATED $4,000 treatment plan they won't do anything for you. Funny, my previous dentist didn't say I need all this work done. he always said I have pretty teeth. Darn insurance change! I said I couldn't afford the $1,193 deep cleaning so I'd just take the regular cleaning and they wouldn't do it. They said they'd polish my teeth and that's it. I said isn't a regular cleaning better than no cleaning at all and she said yeah, but that's not what the dr recommends, that it wouldn't address the deeper issues I have, supposedly! I said if they'd do the regular cleaning then when I got the money I'd come back for the deeper one and other treatments, but still no. So, I told them I wouldn't be coming back and they just lost a customer and left without the polishing. I have my own electric toothbrush for that. So, two hours were wasted and I didn't even get my teeth cleaned! ARGH!!!
