    DO NOT GO HERE. They never take X-rays, I think in my 3 years as I patient I had x-rays done twice…read moreand one was only a PA (single tooth not full mouth) for an emergency. Went to school to learn more about dentistry because they diagnosed me with periodontal disease at 20 telling me I had 7-8 mm measurements. Once I was able to probe myself the deepest depth i measured was 4mm. Had an implant placed and they didn't even take my BLOOD PRESSURE before administering anesthetic. Now that I know what I know, I probably didn't even need to have that tooth extracted but that's why I added the responsibility to my plate to advocate for patients. I really wish someone in that entire building had some good morals on them and would've explained to the ME, a 20 year old naive PT, there are so many other options and other providers. DO NOT GO HERE. And I'm sorry if you work there I would hate to feel driven by money and not patient health.

Referred me for oral surgery, which I was not opposed to and paid for the consult. Just so that the oral sugery can tell me that my underbite was mild and that braces mid-line correction treatments would help. By the way they estimated my 18month treatment for $12,000. Insurance covering 9 and 3 out of pocket. My family of 4 are all patients here and have been for years . It used to be good. Now its a processing center.

This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

After waiting 20 mins because they didn't notice me in their waiting room I went back for X-rays and exam. They told me I had a serious situation that required a root canal and crown $4000! BUT if I got the procedure done that week they were running a "SPECIAL" $500 off. I've never heard of such a thing. I passed on the procedure and went to specialist and he saw no damage to that tooth!! I'm so thankful I found another dentist, this has left a bad taste in my mouth. Also I received an invoice from them this week for a cleaning that I had a year ago!! They said it takes insurance a long time, I've never had insurance take a year. I would advise anyone NOT to go to this dentist. I may have had just simply a bad experience, but my gut says they are unethical.

I was charged for a treatment (laser procedure) that was never performed. Despite multiple attempts to contact the office--via phone and email--I have yet to receive a refund or even a proper response. Every time I called, I was either put on hold indefinitely or given the runaround with no resolution. My emails have gone completely unanswered. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. It is unethical and completely wrong to charge patients for services that were not rendered and then ignore all follow-up communication. Patients deserve transparency, honesty, and respectful treatment--not to be taken advantage of. I'm writing this to warn others: please be cautious before trusting this office with your care or your money. No one should have to chase down a business for a refund that is rightfully owed. I hope this review encourages the team to re-evaluate how they handle patient concerns and billing. Please do not go there!!! Read this. They don't care about you they only care for $$$$$.

    DO NOT GO HERE In…read more2024, my appointment was cancelled without my knowledge. In May 2025, I had two extraction appointments scheduled. I was contacted while at work and told I had missed an appointment, but my actual appointment was the following day. Weeks later, I was informed the day before another appointment that it had been cancelled and I was being referred to a specialist. Months later, I was notified that my treatment could resume, and an appointment was scheduled six days later, but again, the day before the appointment, I was told my referral had expired. Today, I went in for a dental evaluation, and the office refused to allow me to see my dentist. I was told that the office would inform my care team, who referred me to them, that I need a specialist. I stated that I wanted to continue seeing the doctor and that I had already requested my referral be renewed by my Primary Care Team. I was then told they would call them directly. When I asked them to also inform my team that my appointments had been repeatedly cancelled without notifying me, I was told that I was not welcome and not to return. As a result, I am currently without care and must restart the referral process. These repeated last-minute cancellations, conflicting information, and being denied care disrupted my treatment and caused significant delays.

My hygienist, Bev, is simply amazing, and I truly hate that I have to leave her. She is the reason I stayed as long as I did. Over the years, I have seen constant doctor turnover, which leads me to believe this is a training facility. Because of that, I strongly caution patients to be very careful about what procedures they have done here. What should have been a routine procedure was handled poorly. In my opinion, the doctor chose profit over doing what was right, which ultimately cost me more money and led to unnecessary additional work. While they did offer to correct the mistake, by that point I had completely lost trust in the team. To be clear, my main issue is not with the clinical staff, but specifically with Jenny, the office manager. Unfortunately, she lacks professionalism, maturity, leadership, critical‑thinking skills, and basic customer service and patient‑care abilities. It took 7-8 months to get even partial resolution to my issue, and somehow, I became labeled as "the problem." This stemmed from her inability to have difficult conversations or answer direct questions. It is disappointing to see leadership project their own professional shortcomings onto patients, turning the situation into victimization and labeling the customer as problematic instead of addressing the real issue. Do better and find a role that better suits your strengths--this behavior is a poor representation of the company. Overall, for simple maintenance and cleanings, the team does a great job and I would recommend them. However, for anything beyond basic care, I strongly suggest seeking treatment elsewhere. A month or so later they let me know I had a balance for a X-ray that I felt I paid for already and we go back and forth about and I request an itemized bill (that I never received) because I did pay for one. I was not in a rush to pay for this as it was right before Christmas but the notices were harassing and threatening to take to collections. If you cannot train your office staff correctly or manage accounts better then void the charge. I shouldn't have to pay extra after spending over a thousand for my visit up front when I already paid for the X-ray before my actual dental procedure. I did pay it but am still receiving harassing notices to send me to collections.

    I've been a patient of LM for a few years and haven't had any significant issues to date until…read morerecently. Full disclosure, I went nearly the last two years without a cleaning, which certainly contributed to my current situation. Last week, I, along with many other employees, was unexpectedly laid off by my employer. As my medical and dental benefits were only good for the remainder of the month, I reached out to my providers to use my insurance while I could. LM was able to fit me into their schedule on short notice for a standard cleaning. Upon arrival, they required updated xrays, an unexpected expense, but a necessary one according to them. After reviewing the new xrays and performing a gum depth test, my hygienist informed me that while I had no cavities and it was evident that I brushed regularly, I still had some below the surface plaque that would require a deep cleaning that would cost me another $150 on top of the $60 I had just paid for xrays. I told them of my situation and that I was only planning on receiving the cleaning that would be 100% covered by my insurance. I also hoped to file on a second policy my wife had (which it later turned out did not cover me). I left without a cleaning, reviewed my options, and determined that I couldn't afford the additional expense given my financial situation. I called LM back the following morning to let them know of my decision to have a standard cleaning and to forego the deep cleaning until a later time. They offered to let me pay in two installments of $75. I politely declined. At which point I was told I had no choice in the matter. I could either pay for the deep clean or not get a cleaning at all. I informed them that I simply couldn't do that and was told that perhaps I could come back in the future then when I had better insurance. I was pretty floored, to be honest. I dont expect anything for free, but I would have appreciated some kindness and empathy, which I did not receive at all. Their commentary regarding my insurance also felt below the belt. Now, it just feels as tho it was a money grab on their part, forcing me to pay for xrays and then refusing to provide the cleaning my insurance would cover. It's an embarrassing situation, to be honest, and the employees at LM Family Dentistry made me feel rather small. It's not something I would wish on others. When I do get new employment, hopefully soon, I'll be seeking out a dentist practice that cares about their patients. I would encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

The atmosphere is 10/10. Cute reception area with comfy chairs, they use an iPad for check in, fancy x-Ray equipment, TVs on the ceiling so that you can watch Netflix while you're getting work done. There's also a huge TV in each little room which is where they show you your X-rays as well as the pictures they take of your teeth (I could do without that part, just because I don't want to see my teeth that big and close to me lol). They play good music on pandora through said TVs, and the music is louder than I've ever heard in a medical office, but it's a vibe! I loveee it because I hate awkward silence. Lastly, the Dentist is super friendly and talkative, she chats with the dental hygienist and I just listen and laugh and add a comment in here or there when my mouth isn't occupied lol. I've been here twice now and will continue to come back!

However, my last encounter a few…read moremonths ago I didn't particularly like. they contacted me several times to schedule a cleaning appt for my son stating it was time so I scheduled, I then scheduled myself as well as my other 2 daughters. My Son completed his appt and it went well but a few days later they contacted me stating my insurance was giving problems not covering one X-ray and to contact them. I did so and the insurance advised that a particular X-ray is only to be given annually which had the appt been scheduled 3 days later would have met the annual limit. The insurance advised that the dentist can not charge me the fee and this is their fault they didn't get clarity on the timeframes and they would have to eat the cost, advising me not to pay it. the dental office contacted me several times about payment and I advised them what I was told so instead of eating the cost they chose to no longer take me and my 4 children as patients. The fee was no were near the price of losing 4 customers.
