This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.

I took my boys in there and was told one of them needed six fillings and one of them needed five. They also told me one of them needed a crown. I took them back to our old pediatric dentist for a second opinion, and it turns out that neither of them needed anything other than a cleaning. I don't know how this place gets away with stealing, lying, and scamming, but they are terrible! And it's been going on for years, it's a common topic of conversation in community forums.

There's also a huge TV in each little room which is where they show you your X-rays as well as the pictures they take of your teeth (I could do without that part, just because I don't want to see my teeth that big and close to me lol). They play good music on pandora through said TVs, and the music is louder than I've ever heard in a medical office, but it's a vibe! I loveee it because I hate awkward silence. Lastly, the Dentist is super friendly and talkative, she chats with the dental hygienist and I just listen and laugh and add a comment in here or there when my mouth isn't occupied lol. My Son completed his appt and it went well but a few days later they contacted me stating my insurance was giving problems not covering one X-ray and to contact them. I did so and the insurance advised that a particular X-ray is only to be given annually which had the appt been scheduled 3 days later would have met the annual limit. The insurance advised that the dentist can not charge me the fee and this is their fault they didn't get clarity on the timeframes and they would have to eat the cost, advising me not to pay it. the dental office contacted me several times about payment and I advised them what I was told so instead of eating the cost they chose to no longer take me and my 4 children as patients. The fee was no were near the price of losing 4 customers.

Every time I would feel *everything* while he drilled into my teeth. I would cry and ask him to stop, and he would get irritated. He never gave injections properly. I potentially have nerve damage, as the entire right side of my face droops and I no longer smile straight. I went to a new dentist, and today they drilled into fillings that were previously done by Taylor. There was decay that was left there underneath the filling. Taylor did not remove the cavity completely. I now have to get a root canal on one tooth and three crowns. I had to go to Taylor several times for these same teeth, each time I still went home in pain. He never solved the problem by getting rid of the decay. I am only 22 and have to get a root canal because of this. He is evil for doing this to me. Avoid going here at all costs. There are several other dentists nearby that will work with you with costs and make sure you are comfortable the entire time. I didn't feel a thing with this new dentist.

I've been putting off my dental health for awhile but really needed the work done. The dental office staff was able to come up with an affordable payment plan and schedule me in immediately. Dr. House was amazing to work with. He made me feel comfortable, even when the procedure was pretty invasive. I spent 4 hours one visit and 5 hours another visit but the work was done, the crowns look beautiful and i have a much better idea of what encompasses a root canal. He also upgraded the original crown i chose, at no cost! Definitely a great experience and i will continue to bring my family to this office!!
