Most of the reviews I see for this practice are for Dr. Wallace. While I've never met the man (and from what I've seen he's an amazing surgeon), I have to share some love for surgeon, Dr. McKnight. He and his team (the whole practice to be honest) were all first class. The surgery (while stressful since I am a worrier) and recovery were a breeze. At each point in the process I felt looked after, cared for, and informed. In the end, the most painful part of the process was the IV stick and the food restrictions, but that's par for the course with mouth surgery!

The staff took 100% great care of me and Dr.Robinson made sure I understood the process of removing my infected tooth. I was extremely nervous before the procedure and absolutely didn't want to have this done, but it was extremely necessary. The actual extraction procedure took only minutes and he made sure I was 100% numb before proceeding. I felt almost nothing during the actual extraction which was a total surprise! I would totally recommend this office and this surgeon to anyone needing any kind of oral surgery. They also got me in for this appointment quickly ensuring i didn't have a long wait in pain. They have several payment options available if you need that as well. Of course any kind of medical care can be pricey, but here at least you have options to pay for the service over time if needed. I was very impressed that he took time out and offered to fix this issue. I did accept his offer to mail me a refund. He responded to my message and immediately mailed out the refund. I truly appreciate him reaching out to me. It shows me that he really does care for his patients. Also the money couldn't have come at a better time because the med spa I have worked at for the last couple years abruptly closed down on February 10th. The $145 refund was very much appreciated and needed. Thank you Dr Goodman for resolving this issue.
