We couldn't be more thrilled. The staff is pleasant and professional. We bring both our girls there. The incentive program for the kids is motivating, the payment plans are reasonable and affordable and they are eager to work with you setting up appointments that are convenient to you. They are also very good about getting you in for last minute appointments for minor things like a lost rubber band. The facility is always spotless. They always have cookies on hand for the kids (and parents) for after their appointment. They have video games for the kids to play while they wait their turn and free wifi. It feels comfortable there. Our youngest child is painfully shy and won't talk to anyone. They take their time making her comfortable, talking her through what's going to happen and making her feel in control every step of the way. They understand how to work with children with special needs and do so with ease and compassion. Our oldest daughter misplaced her retainer...she did the first thing she was told not to do...she put it on a napkin at school during lunch. Needless to say, it was thrown out. We spent Saturday going through the school trash looking for it, no luck. She spent the weekend in tears when the realization of losing all her allowance money she had been saving would now go to replace these very expensive pieces of plastic. It's a hard lesson to learn, but even harder when your child has ADD. My husband has been on light duty since the fall and I am out of work currently two weeks out of surgery. The staff was understanding and sympathetic. The orthodontist worked with us to make it affordable for us during this hardship. We couldn't be more grateful. I've been a patient here for about 2 years, having to get braces due to my overbite and teeth crowding. They cost about $6000 overall, splitting into monthly payments of about $100-$300. Every time that I've went here, the assistants who work here are all very nice and very accommodating. They all seemed to know exactly what they were doing with my teeth when it came to adjusting my wires and helping me with any discomfort I had (especially with my terrible gag reflex which they were totally understanding about which made me eternally grateful!!!) The orthodontists here were also helpful and took every precaution and extra measure to make sure my progress was going well. The entire office is always clean and professional-looking. Signing in is a breeze and if you are a few minutes late, it is totally understandable. You do not have to wait longer than 10-15 minutes usually. I have only missed one appointment but was not charged for it. I also like how at the end of every visit, you can grab a cookie at the front desk! Two months ago, I was promised I would get my braces off and I am grateful that promise was fulfilled. I was embarrassed at the appearance of my teeth and the way I had cared for them as a child and was to the point of considering dentures. It seemed overwhelming to think of choosing an orthodontist. I talked to my dentist Dr. Parr about it and he referred me to Dr. Miller's Office. The front desk was pleasant and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. As I sat for a few minutes in the examination room I observed Dr. Miller's diplomas, various awards, and certificates. As soon as I met Dr. Miller he made that choice very easy! Dad and Daughter are both very happy with the results. My daughter had braces with Miller Ortho and had wonderful results. A year later, I too needed braces after jaw reconstruction surgery. Dr. Miller worked with the oral surgeon and the Jaw surgeon to make it all happen seamlessly.
