Still no comments from front desk lady. Instead we decided to wait in the car until the appointment. Definitely need improvement in customer service as front desk is the first point of customer contact. I stayed calm as I understand that we are still in a pandemic and everyone is still adjusting to life at home and at the work place. Hopefully the office will include customer friendliness as a training in the future.

First, Dr. Khurana and her team developed and implemented a treatment plan for my 4 year old son who needed extensive dental work. We probably consulted with five dentists and she was the only one that offered a plan we felt comfortable with. She talked us through everything before and after the procedure which took place in a hospital setting under anesthesia, making us feel like our son was extremely well cared for in this unsettling situation. Their hospital coordinator Britnee was also fantastic to work with and helped answer numerous questions we had. Separately, Dr Nirali and her assistant Jordan have performed two fillings for my seven year old daughter. They are so incredibly good with kids and skilled at what they do that my daughter actually said getting fillings there was FUN and she didn't experience any pain on either occasion. When I told her she would be all done fillings after the second visit she was DISAPPOINTED. That is not a thing! I really can't say enough good things about this dental practice. If you have kids, and especially if they are apprehensive about dental procedures, take them here.

My middle son was also referred to Sporting Smiles for braces. Dr. Vahab, and the staff provided excellent care, over the course of two years, and we are super pleased with his straight teeth and dazzling smile. Freddy, the dental assistant, is also great to work with. He's very communicative and always makes sure we know what's going on. The office has a few puzzles and activities in the waiting area to keep kids busy, and the treatment rooms have TVs with children's shows to help distract them during exams. It's also very easy to call and cancel or reschedule appointments. They're understanding and not overly strict, which makes things much less stressful. The only downside is that the front desk staff could be a bit more personable, but overall we've had a great experience here. The best part is at the end -- the kids get a coin to use in the bubblegum machine to pick out a little toy. My kids look forward to this every visit!

The attention to detail as well as the level of care stands out to me. There have been many times where they could have cut corners or just see how it goes but they try to get it right and ensure that you are good with the result before you leave. Staff: The staff has been professional and friendly. They are willing to call and text if there are any issues, I find texting to be more convenient. Dr. Lee is the only one I've seen, but she is so sweet and friendly. She lets me see and is willing to explain what is going on, which I appreciate since I like learning new things. Facility: The interior is nice. There is a small kids area for them to play attached to the waiting area. There are magazines, Wi-Fi available, and individual chairs that are lining the walls. I'm only aware of one restroom for non-staff, but it is well maintained. One side appears to be more child oriented based on the colors, patterns, and full display of beany babies. I visited for the first time today and felt very welcomed from my first phone call to schedule the appointment to my last moment in the office. To Kerry and Dr. Cheron, I described a complex problem caused by use of an oral sleep apnea appliance, and I felt that everyone I interacted with took the time to understand the background.
