I accidentally came early for my daughters appointment and said I thought it was at this time. The front desk person pointed it out with attitude and reminded me twice that the appointment was 40 minutes out. Did not say anything else to me and my daughter about waiting or we will get to you soon. Or something... nothing We waited for few minutes in the lobby which was empty and decided to walk out. Still no comments from front desk lady. Instead we decided to wait in the car until the appointment. Definitely need improvement in customer service as front desk is the first point of customer contact. I stayed calm as I understand that we are still in a pandemic and everyone is still adjusting to life at home and at the work place. Hopefully the office will include customer friendliness as a training in the future.

Dr. Mollov is a consummate professional, highly knowledgeable, up to date with the latest techniques, and possessing excellent chair side manners. His attention to detail and confidence immediately set him apart. You can clearly tell you are in the hands of someone who truly knows his craft and takes great pride in his work. Equally impressive is Office Manager Fay, who is absolutely top notch. From scheduling to follow through, everything was handled smoothly, efficiently, and with genuine care. The entire office maintains a welcoming atmosphere while running like a well oiled machine. I do not make recommendations lightly. I personally researched and interviewed over 10 orthodontists throughout Northern Virginia before selecting Dr. Mollov and Modern Orthodontics, and I am extremely glad I did. The level of expertise and quality of care far exceeded expectations. Their pricing is more than fair, especially when you consider the caliber of service, skill, and attention provided. It is rare to find this combination of professionalism, results, and value. I highly recommend Modern Orthodontics to anyone seeking exceptional orthodontic care. They are, quite simply, outstanding.

Even when my mother (his grandmother) passed, they were beyond supportive and did their best to keep my son in good spirits. They take the time to get to know their patients and work with your budget. Now, if you are worried that your kid is going to freak out at the sight of the orthodontist office, your fear will be relieved. They have PS4 and XBox One consoles in the corner as you wait, modern (radio edit/no curse words) music playing and while the staff work on fixing your smile, you can watch Netflix. They are very on point about scheduling, thorough with each visit and let your child know whether they've been following orders well or if they need to do better. There has never a time that this process was inconvenient or difficult. My son has been a patient from March 2018 and he loves going to the office. How many kids/teenagers do you hear say that? Trust me, you will not go wrong with this place. Dr. Mollov and his fabulous team are top notch and cannot wait to see what's next!

I have been coming to this clinic a few times now, and let me be truly honest here: If there is one…read moreclinic in Virginia that deserves praise for its manners, professionalism, kindness, and efficiency, it is Desired Dental of Lorton, located in Gunston Plaza. It started with the incredible, caring 'Tigist' (medical assistant), who did her best to take care of me; she is truly one of the most caring and kindest people I have ever seen. It then continued with the incredible, caring Dr Assefa Demewoz, who did his best to care for my teeth; he is not only professional but also truly one of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met. He is also very helpful, passionate, and persistent in prioritising my needs, demonstrating virtues and values he clearly possesses. At the end of the day, we are dealing with patients' health here, and Dr Assefa genuinely does his best to care for patients in need. In my opinion, he is a role model for how a person should behave when working in a medical setting.

First, Dr. Khurana and her team developed and implemented a treatment plan for my 4 year old son who needed extensive dental work. We probably consulted with five dentists and she was the only one that offered a plan we felt comfortable with. She talked us through everything before and after the procedure which took place in a hospital setting under anesthesia, making us feel like our son was extremely well cared for in this unsettling situation. Their hospital coordinator Britnee was also fantastic to work with and helped answer numerous questions we had. Separately, Dr Nirali and her assistant Jordan have performed two fillings for my seven year old daughter. They are so incredibly good with kids and skilled at what they do that my daughter actually said getting fillings there was FUN and she didn't experience any pain on either occasion. When I told her she would be all done fillings after the second visit she was DISAPPOINTED. That is not a thing! I really can't say enough good things about this dental practice. If you have kids, and especially if they are apprehensive about dental procedures, take them here.

There was no clear explanation, no follow-up, and no accountability for the results. Overall, this was an awful experience, and I would not recommend this dentist to anyone.
