When she inserted the needle she went past my surface level vein and just really shoved it in there, not sympathetic or kind or professional at all, super rude and just not very good at what she does. If you go there don't be surprised if their nurses miss your vein entirely and go more than a half inch into your arm. I wish I knew the African lady's name so I could request her. My arm is still stinging in a way that it absolutely should not at all after getting blood drawn - I fear she genuinely messed up my arm. Additionally she didn't wear gloves which is a genuine threat to people's health and isn't sterol at all, who knows if she even washed her hands. She like kept tucking her hair behind her ear with her (ungloved) hands and then touching the needle and my arm, I wouldn't be surprised if I got an infection from her unprofessional practices. Last time I got my blood drawn they genuinely barely had to put the needle in since my veins are very visible and very close to the surface. If you go there and see that woman about to draw your blood I seriously recommend requesting someone else for your own good.
