My friends out buying new cars, but I got two kids to support and feed... so the next best thing is getting your car detailed! Full interior and exterior work! Coffee spills, yogurt spills... spills you don't even know what they are! Crooks and crannies, everything is vacuumed, shined and polished! It smells clean!! It looks spotless! All I'm missing is that bottle of "new car" scent.. and you would never notice the difference until you turn on your engine and see how many thousand miles it's racked up! Service was friendly! Kind! On time! And easy to communicate through phone and or text! If you've never gotten your car detailed before.. you're doing a disservice to yourself! Overcharged and Underserved…read more Our 8 year old minivan was a mess, so we knew it would be a challenge. We ordered the most expensive package, the Extreme for extra-large vehicle. The website said it was $279 and could take up to 7 hours. The guy from SVAD came out for the pick up and looked at the van and said the interior would need extra work and asked if they could skip the exterior cleaning so he could still "get it done under $300". I said that would be fine so long as it was very well done and the door jambs and seals were cleaned and conditioned as well (which is part of the extreme package deal). He agreed and took the van. He later called my wife and said he would need an extra $150 for extra time to work or he would bring it back unfinished. We needed it clean, so she said yes. Here's the kicker, they brought it back in 7 hours! That's the time their website says it typically takes. So we were charged for extra time that wasn't used. We also paid extra (by forfeiting the exterior work) for an interior job that was very poorly done (see pics). So for just under $450, we got a mediocre interior cleaning, and they did not clean or condition the door jambs and seals (see pics). I could have done that myself for about 20 bucks at the carwash, and probably would have done a better job. There are still stains on the carpet that I was able to remove with carpet spot remover. There was still loose debri like wrappers and sand on the carpet, the pockets on the seats were not cleaned and still had toddler-produced toxic waste in them. As a biz owner myself, I hate it when people leave negative reviews without attempting to contact me and giving me a chance to make it right. I emailed SVAD and requested a refund of the extra $150 they charged us (I did not ask for full refund, though I felt I had grounds to do so), it has been 1 week now with no reply. If you do business with these guys be sure to get your expectations and pricing in writing, best to stay away altogether. I should add that the gentleman from SVAD was super nice and friendly, I wanted to support his business and was very disappointed with their lack of effort and communication.

Booked a mobile appointment for my husband as his very first Father's Day gift…read more Thought we were good to go until I received a call and a text at 9pm the night before our morning appointment telling me that they would need to reschedule as well as charge me an additional $100+ fee for travel. I made my appointment 2 weeks prior so the fact that I wasn't made aware of this fee until the night before the service is crazy. I opted to cancel my appointment all together, I'm not a fan of how they manage their business. I'm also super disappointed that the gift my husband was so excited for won't happen until I can find someone else to detailed his truck - hopefully someone more reliable.

I'm also really attached to my stickers and dinosaurs, so I was really hoping Reeves could eliminate the dirt and grime, while leaving my precious memories in tact. I am completely amazed by the job they did on my truck interior. Not a speck of dog hair (and it was thickly caked in the back), oil and grease stains gone from the seats, my steering wheel looks brand new, and every single one of my precious stickers and glued on dinosaur toys are still in tact. I found Reeves through reading yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. I'm also a smoker working on quitting and the truck is completely clear of the smell of cigarettes. Not only did they do an amazing job detailing the inside, my final total was lower than the quote and i had my truck back in less than 24 hours. I used to go to the dealer, however, with 180,000 miles on my 11 year vehicle it is just too expensive to continue to pay dealer prices. My car needed a headlight replacement and I had a few other maintenance items taken care of. I wanted an experienced mechanic that would shoot straight with me and I will be coming back for future service work. I would love my Jeep to last another 10+ years. It has been my favorite car of all my vehicles. It is so hard to find a good independent mechanic and I am grateful for Thai and his team.

My car looks fantastic. I am very impressed what they were able to get done in a detail shop! Every time I walk up and see my car, I smile. The only critical feedback I have is to give a longer range of time it may take to complete the work. This job took 1.5 days longer than anticipated and that could've just been addressed by being more conservative when telling me how long it may take. I also recognize I shouldn't drop my car off if I'm on a time crunch and everything is an estimate. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

Steve from Madison detail was quick to reach out. I had visited 2 other detail shops and both took pictures of scuffs/car and never got back to me with a quote. Steve kept communicating through texts with updates because I also had an additional request to see if they could put a plastic trim piece on. He sourced the part and picked the piece and I came in. They finished earlier than originally quoted and my vehicle looked as if it was new from the dealership again! I was impressed. Steve did point out some areas that were not fixed which where deep paint chips (that would require ordering paint). Amazing communication, very quality service. I asked if they could clean the car seat and sure enough they could.
