Purchased an area rug at what was the height of pandemic pandemonium. It did take quite a bit of time for it to finally come in but I just think it's a crazy world right now. The wait was worth it. When my rug finally arrived it absolutely was worth it! Ike and Carla are great and know their stuff. They are really great and really know their community. Will certainly be visiting there store for more area rugs. PS: don't pay attend to the blue square that is sample for couch that is coming after waiting 7 months.... read more

Good selection of flooring at reasonable prices, and generally nice owners, but abysmal customer service. We ordered a carpet that arrived many many months after it was promised, after many missed deadlines and numerous excuses for the delays. Now, after delivery, the carpet ( a custom and not inexpensive order) shows a seam and won't lie flat. We are replacing it from another vendor and won't buy from Miller again. read more

Quality of the work is good. I'm pleased with the looks. The owners are friendly and nice. Depending on who you compare with, the costs are reasonable but they were much cheaper than the contractor who finished our basement. He also gave some good advice and heads up on some rubber floor mats that I had installed which was very helpful. Scheduling and communications could be better. read more

We had a bit of a scare that we weren't going to get our money back or our floors done for a time because we were getting no response to calls, texts, or office visits after a pretty heft deposit was paid months in advance. Alas, someone showed to do the work. They were very polite upon arriving. We try to support local businesses in our projects, and fortunately so fat this one turned out okay after some scares. Hopefully, the final product will be worth the stress. read more

I can't give them any stars. Had an apt set up for a Tuesday Afternoon, Miller Carpets stated they would call me on Friday to confirm. No call, I left them a message on Friday. No call Monday, called them two times on Monday to confirm. No call back. They were a no show for apt on Tuesday. Not very reliable! Would not recommend. Michelle read more

Wow, where to start? Probably stay far, far away. Had flooring put down over a year ago. Still not completed. Numerous broken appointments, including the FIRST appointment, which was over 3 months late. The owner talks a good game but is clearly incompetent. I have never in my life had a business owner (that I have paid) care so little about his customers, not to mention the outright lies. I am so frustrated I am now letting the unfinished work go uncompleted. It is easier than dealing with Miller Carpet. Please beware. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled with this company. When my fiancé and we're looking for a company to stretch out the living room carpet. We called a few companies and Miller Carpet won with the lowest bid of $225. The job was booked and scheduled for the following Monday at 9:30 am. My fiancé took that day off work to be there. We get a call at 9:25 am stating the installer called in sick and we were being rescheduled for Wed. 9:30 am. My fiancé took another day off. They showed up at 1 pm. They did a fair job at best and left with no paperwork to sign or asking for payment. We get a call later in the afternoon stating the bill is $425! When the previous quote was mentioned the person on the phone said they should not have given that quote and he was going to "find her and kill her for doing that". We know he didn't mean that literally but found that was very unprofessional. They absolutely refused to stick with the original quote and I will never bring my business here again. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs. read more

Awesome! (We went to a big box store in Warrenton and were told it would be 3 weeks from the time we started to installation. They came out to measure and the next day called to give us an updated quote where they started adding fees for this and that.) So happy we looked at Miller Carpets. They were wonderful, showing us a variety of carpeting similar to what we had looked at elsewhere, explained the differences in the padding - we went with a higher quality one, and Miller still beat the original price of the big box store. They were upfront with the pricing and quoted us the all inclusive costs and that is what it stayed at. We unknowingly selected an in stock carpet that was installed 3 business days later. Due to the size of our room it required an additional piece, but you cannot detect the seam. The installers cleaned up before they left and were courteous. I'm not sure this could have gotten any simpler. Thank you Miller Carpet for making this a wonderful experience. read more

Great experience! Right before holidays our septic system failed and we urgently needed to replace our bathroom floors (enough said). Miller Carpets sent their guys out that same day, actually within 45 minutes. The price was excellent (about half what I had previously paid another company for similar work--and did I mention this was an emergency job the week before Christmas?), the quality of work was excellent and they absolutely have earned a repeat customer. When we're ready to do the rest of the house, they'll be my first call. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Great job. read more

Remarkably hard to deal with. Ike Miller, was very hard to get in touch with and even harder to get good solid info from. I don't imagine they will get too many return customers anymore. Deposit put on carpet on 4/11/14. Was told by Ike it would two days to get carpet in, two days to get installer out. 1 week or 2 max for the job. I am now 2 days short of a month and am hearing some long story about a broken truck today. That doesn't explain the last 2 weeks. During a conversation about the delay, Ike said it wasn't a big deal if it was 2 weeks or 2 weeks and 3 days. Well, it is to me. We will see how it turns out. read more

My wife and I just moved to the area and wanted to refinish our floors prior to moving in. We started soliciting quotes from local companies with two goals in mind: 1) we wanted a good price and 2) we wanted the work to be done as quickly as possible because we were anxious to move into our new home. I got 5 quotes and Miller's was, by far, the most professional. They turned around a competitive quote quickly and itemized all the work. We selected Miller and they began work right away. The guys they sent to our house were great. Showed up on time, were very patient with us as we picked colors and finishes, etc. Here's the cherry on top -- Miller knew we wanted to have the work completed quickly so their guys brought sleeping bags and asked if they could sleep at our house so they could work longer hours. WHEN DOES THAT EVER HAPPEN?! We said sure and they completed the work much faster than expected. Quality was top notch. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work. read more

We needed a runner for our stairs which has a tricky (pie turn) that no one else would touch. Miller Carpets was there at my house do to the estimate and did it with ease, professionalism and great workmanship. We also had two matching area rugs done for the foyer and hallway. Their customer service goes above and beyond. The owners Ike and Karla Miller treat you with the utmost respect and they care about their clients and their employees are just as gracious.
