HVAC: Unauthorized work patched with duct tape, vents left uncovered. Windows: Wrong orders and sizes, one half the promised size. Safety: Ladder left on porch for a year; subs entered house unannounced. Timeline was equally disastrous: promised completion Apr 2024, revised to Oct 2024, finally finished Sept 2025. Multiple inspections failed. Project manager was a poor communicator, and the CEO stopped responding once problems escalated. Masonry and flooring were the only trades done competently. Everything else was systemic incompetence and mismanagement. Their 5-star rating does not reflect reality. Avoid at all costs.
