Greensboro Honda is consistent in the service that they provide, which is what keeps me coming…read moreback. I have worked with many of the service advisors and they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their updated location which has a nice waiting area with complimentary wifi, water, and coffee. They even have a shuttle service that can drop you off at home, work or just take you to grab food if you would like. The $40 oil change you simply cannot beat and they aren't too pushy when offering services that's are needed, as many who work off of commission are. The service team will address your concerns, and offer solutions accordingly. Even if there is a mixup or additional issue after leaving the shop, they do their due diligence in making corrections and that for me makes all the difference. I appreciate you all, thank you Greensboro Honda.

I have struggled with writing a review for GSO Honda for a long time. As much as I love my Honda,…read moreI greatly dislike dealerships, and their games. I have bought multiple cars from this dealer over the years, back to when they were Crown Honda...and they always drag the process out, making it a completely unnecessary full day event. And as you'd expect, no matter if you're buying a new or used car, they live up to their used car salesman reputation of being pushy, and trying to upsell. When I've bought cars in the past, they have seriously low balled me on trade in values, and only after I call them out on it, do they actually offer a more honest, and fair offer. I understand they still need to make money on the trade in, but if they want a sale, they also need to make an honest offer to me. When i take my car in for oil change service, I always make an appointment, making it for first thing on a Saturday, at 7:30-8am depending on what is available...and despite having an appointment, and dropping my car off the night before, it still takes until 11am-noon....Why does it take 4 hours for a oil change when i have a scheduled appointment? My biggest peeve since buying the car is the fact that they cannot, or perhaps simply refuse to update their system with MY phone number or email address. When I schedule an appointment, if i do it by phone i give them my contact info, if i do it on their website, again, I give them my info, and when i drop the car off and fill out the form for the drop box....i put MY INFO. No matter how I do it, they ALWAYS for some reason reach out to my wife. I have asked them multiple times to correct this, but every time the confirmations are sent to her. I used to think this dealer was one of the better, more honest ones. I regrettably bought a service plan when I got the car, but once it is complete, I think my relationship with this dealership will also be. Bottom line, if they do not respect my time, won't update my contact info...they won't be getting any more of my business.

Kerry is the kind of salesman you hope you get but almost never do…read more Him and his team went above and beyond for my business. He was patient, never pushy, and always focused on what worked best for me. They even found the perfect second truck from another state and handled everything start to finish. What sets him apart is that he continued to come through after the sale, staying responsive, helpful, and committed to making sure everything went smoothly. If you need someone who delivers, supports you, and genuinely cares about your business, Kerry is the one to call! Thanks to the entire team!

Went in for a "Brake Lamp Bulb Fault" in my rear passenger side taillight. I had already taken the…read moretaillight out and replaced the bulbs, yet could not get the brake lamp to light up, even though the hazard lights, turn signal light, and the red bulb light still lit up when I had my lights turned on. I knew the problem was probably a sensor in the tailight for the brake lamp bulb, but after taking it to Green Ford, their service advisor told me that the pigtail harness was bad and that would need to be replaced along with the taillight assembly, totaling around $1200. I asked him if the pigtail harness assembly was bad, why was it still providing power to the rest of the lights in the taillight? "I don't know" was his answer. I picked up my vehicle the next day, ordered a new taillight off Amazon for $68, and installed it in myself. Everything works just fine now. The pigtail harness was perfectly fine, only needing a little electrical tape to replace some factory electrical tape that had come unwrapped over the years. $68 fix on my own versus $1200 they wanted just to rip me off. They still charged me $200 for doing NOTHING. DO NOT take your vehicle here. Find an independent shop, ask friends or acquaintances if they know a reliable, honest service shop, but AVOID DEALERSHIP SERVICE DEPARTMENTS (especially this one) if you can.

Check engine light was fixed but still has the trans slip. Took it to a different garage and they felt the issue right away. Currently waiting to see what the carmax warranty wants to do to resolve the issue. Not sure a dealer can have a car for 6 weeks and not feel the trans slip and you take it to a separate garage and they notice it right away.

Have heard good things from a couple people about carmax, so while shopping for a car, we decided…read moreto stop in and see what they could offer. It's certainly different than other dealerships, but lack of information seems to be their specialty. The "salesperson" helping us, didn't seem to know much about cars in general, any questions we asked about cars we were interested in, she had to look up, and if she couldn't find it, then she didn't know, and couldn't be bothered to ask anyone else. One car we liked, noted damage from a previous accident, and despite claiming to offer a free history report yet she couldn't tell us any details and said they don't offer the CarFax, but we could pay to get the details (!!), no a very honest or transparent business model. When it came to taking a test drive the salesperson just gave us the keys and told us to go drive it. Other dealerships we visited the salesperson rode with us, pointed out features and details of the car...the whole thing was just very awkward. The only warranty they offer with cars is a 90 limited warranty. Again, the whole experience was awkward , unprofessional, and didn't leave me feeling comfortable enough to spend any money with them

Im currently dealing with a sale associate named Joe finance manager named Desmond I made a purchase two weeks ago. I was given an envelope with the paperwork inside all it was was an inspection of the vehicle no bill of sale no contract no lienholder information when I go to add the vehicle to my insurance, which I was told at the dealership that they would handle it. I call my insurance to verify it was not added. They asked me for information I went to the envelope I didn't have anything. Now I'm reaching out and I'm getting put on the back burner had some issues with the vehicle still having issues with the vehicle I was told I would be contacted on Monday. It's Tuesday still have not heard anything from anyone. This should not be an interaction that anyone should have purchasing a vehicle, especially from a well-known brand. A well-known brand needs to make sure that they're choosing people that are adequate to represent them. And as I was on the phone explaining to the sales person Joe, he said I had to wait one hour for an email and I went and proceeded to tell him I would like for someone to call me back. He hung up the phone so not only is this a bad experience, but I'm also being disrespected and as a man I do not tolerate any disrespect.
