    I have always used Carmax. I never really know what i want when i need a newer car so i can walk around there lot and drive multiple vehicles before deciding . On one occasion i messed up and showed up home with a minivan for the wife. What was i thinking? I thought i would never sleep in the bed again ! they give you 7 days to change your mind and i did. No hassles, i took the wife this time and she picked what she wanted. Yes you may pay a few hundred more but i like the no dickering concept. I also like that they will purchase your car. I have sold 2 cars to them and it was easy, i put my info on there website and it gave me a purchase price which was honored both times. Please dont fib or exagerate the condition of your car because they will check it over prior to the purchase.

I have worked with many of the service advisors and they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their updated location which has a nice waiting area with complimentary wifi, water, and coffee. They even have a shuttle service that can drop you off at home, work or just take you to grab food if you would like. The $40 oil change you simply cannot beat and they aren't too pushy when offering services that's are needed, as many who work off of commission are. The service team will address your concerns, and offer solutions accordingly. Even if there is a mixup or additional issue after leaving the shop, they do their due diligence in making corrections and that for me makes all the difference. I have bought multiple cars from this dealer over the years, back to when they were Crown Honda...and they always drag the process out, making it a completely unnecessary full day event. And as you'd expect, no matter if you're buying a new or used car, they live up to their used car salesman reputation of being pushy, and trying to upsell. When I've bought cars in the past, they have seriously low balled me on trade in values, and only after I call them out on it, do they actually offer a more honest, and fair offer. I understand they still need to make money on the trade in, but if they want a sale, they also need to make an honest offer to me. When i take my car in for oil change service, I always make an appointment, making it for first thing on a Saturday, at 7:30-8am depending on what is available...and despite having an appointment, and dropping my car off the night before, it still takes until 11am-noon....Why does it take 4 hours for a oil change when i have a scheduled appointment? My biggest peeve since buying the car is the fact that they cannot, or perhaps simply refuse to update their system with MY phone number or email address. When I schedule an appointment, if i do it by phone i give them my contact info, if i do it on their website, again, I give them my info, and when i drop the car off and fill out the form for the drop box....i put MY INFO. No matter how I do it, they ALWAYS for some reason reach out to my wife. I have asked them multiple times to correct this, but every time the confirmations are sent to her. I used to think this dealer was one of the better, more honest ones. I regrettably bought a service plan when I got the car, but once it is complete, I think my relationship with this dealership will also be. Bottom line, if they do not respect my time, won't update my contact info...they won't be getting any more of my business.

I scheduled an appointment in advance for a simple oil change at 3p on Friday 9/19. Provided my phone number and email address. When I arrived, I was advised there is a 1.5 hour wait. Not sure what is the purpose of scheduling an appointment? I was advised someone called out sick and they are behind. Is there a reason why one of the 7 service advisors who were staring at their phones could not have called me to advise me of the issue??? A 30 minute drive and ZERO result.

The worst issue came after my husband purchased a vehicle here. The manager assured us that if anything went wrong shortly after purchase, we could bring it back at no charge. When something did go wrong, that manager was suddenly gone and the dealership refused to honor what we were promised. They double-charged my husband and refused to refund him on the spot. They also claimed repairs were completed that were never actually done, according to the Ford dealership we took the car to afterward--despite the vehicle still having the same issue. The Ford dealership even indicated they would be contacting insurance due to concerns about possible fraud. This place is not trustworthy. Stay FAR away. If you need service, I highly recommend going to the High Point location instead.

Im currently dealing with a sale associate named Joe finance manager named Desmond I made a purchase two weeks ago. I was given an envelope with the paperwork inside all it was was an inspection of the vehicle no bill of sale no contract no lienholder information when I go to add the vehicle to my insurance, which I was told at the dealership that they would handle it. I call my insurance to verify it was not added. They asked me for information I went to the envelope I didn't have anything. Now I'm reaching out and I'm getting put on the back burner had some issues with the vehicle still having issues with the vehicle I was told I would be contacted on Monday. It's Tuesday still have not heard anything from anyone. This should not be an interaction that anyone should have purchasing a vehicle, especially from a well-known brand. A well-known brand needs to make sure that they're choosing people that are adequate to represent them. And as I was on the phone explaining to the sales person Joe, he said I had to wait one hour for an email and I went and proceeded to tell him I would like for someone to call me back. He hung up the phone so not only is this a bad experience, but I'm also being disrespected and as a man I do not tolerate any disrespect.
