Entire tire came off car while I was driving

Well this is an interesting story, definitely worth reading. Basically after my Ford Expedition was serviced my entire wheel fell off the vehicle while I was driving it, a potentially catastrophic event. After having it serviced in which rear brake pads were replaced, I immediately noticed there was a new vibrating/shaking most especially at high speeds to the point I could't drive past 70 mph. I immediately dropped it back off at the dealership and the next day they told me it was fine and that they "even tightened the lug nuts" which is obviously a complete lie. The same day I picked it up the whole darn wheel rolled off. Thankfully it was in front of a church so I was going slow and a police officer was right there to assist me otherwise if I was on the highway my daughter and I could have died. The body damage occurred when my tire rolled off the car, hit 3 other cars and bounced up and came back down hitting the side of my vehicle. SO as an aside, if you were at St Pius evening church service Dec 2 and have unexplained body damage to your car it was probably from my tire and you should send GREEN FORD the bill since ultimately it is their fault. I was told by the tow truck driver this was a "rookie move" and should never happen and was told at the dealership that repaired the wheel that this was basically human error/complete incompetence. Ford did pay for the initial repairs. There was still body damage that had not been addressed and I physically took the car to the dealership, had a long conversation with the customer relations manager, showed him the damage and was told they would fix the body damage however has failed to follow up on that despite several phone calls. We have been ghosted and obviously I would never step foot at that place again.... 1

Recently bought a 2019 F150 used from green ford. Cici the salesperson helping us was fantastic she is the main reason I did not go to another dealership she was fun and easy to work with and made the process easy. The trouble started after I got home with the apple car play. I was told on my test drive through a miscommunication that the CarPlay was wireless (it is not) after doing an hour of research I found that the sync 3 is not wireless compatible. Obviously I was frustrated. I called Cici and she picked up right away we agreed there was a miscommunication as she thought I was asking about the ford pass app. Fair enough. However I spent a good amount of money for this truck and I was lookin for certain amenities. She said she would speak to a manager and see what they could do for me. Fast forward 2 days later I receive a call from Harold the sales manager. Harold was nothing but short and rude with me. Telling me there was nothing he could do and I picked out the truck so I should know what comes with it. (Like I'm a ford technician) I can deal with the fact that this miss communication occurred I can even deal with the fact that they can't do anything. I told him how fantastic Cici was and how she was the reason for the sale, and he responded with "well if she said that she's going to be repremanded" I told him I did not want this to hurt her she was great. Harold carried on with his attitude and did not help me. If you're looking to buy a car I highly recommend Cici. Pray to god Harold stays out of it. Beautiful truck, great salesman, horrible management

As soon as you take the car in for service you will cringe due to how terrible the service dept can be.

Please stop sending me letters for service notification. If one can award the worst service department in the triad area, I would provide that award to the gentlemen working on Saturdays, he speaks to customers like he owns the place. The service is so horrible, and tastes so bad that I sold all my Fords and I will hopefully buy many cars, but never again will I buy a Ford. I have learned my lesson, if you want good service do not, I mean do not buy a Ford. It's nice to read other reviews and realize this is not in my head and it is actually something other people agree with me on too. And please do not communicate with me.

I have worked with many of the service advisors and they are all so friendly and helpful. I appreciate their updated location which has a nice waiting area with complimentary wifi, water, and coffee. They even have a shuttle service that can drop you off at home, work or just take you to grab food if you would like. The $40 oil change you simply cannot beat and they aren't too pushy when offering services that's are needed, as many who work off of commission are. I have bought multiple cars from this dealer over the years, back to when they were Crown Honda...and they always drag the process out, making it a completely unnecessary full day event. And as you'd expect, no matter if you're buying a new or used car, they live up to their used car salesman reputation of being pushy, and trying to upsell. When I've bought cars in the past, they have seriously low balled me on trade in values, and only after I call them out on it, do they actually offer a more honest, and fair offer. I understand they still need to make money on the trade in, but if they want a sale, they also need to make an honest offer to me. When i take my car in for oil change service, I always make an appointment, making it for first thing on a Saturday, at 7:30-8am depending on what is available...and despite having an appointment, and dropping my car off the night before, it still takes until 11am-noon....Why does it take 4 hours for a oil change when i have a scheduled appointment? My biggest peeve since buying the car is the fact that they cannot, or perhaps simply refuse to update their system with MY phone number or email address. When I schedule an appointment, if i do it by phone i give them my contact info, if i do it on their website, again, I give them my info, and when i drop the car off and fill out the form for the drop box....i put MY INFO. No matter how I do it, they ALWAYS for some reason reach out to my wife. I have asked them multiple times to correct this, but every time the confirmations are sent to her. I used to think this dealer was one of the better, more honest ones. I regrettably bought a service plan when I got the car, but once it is complete, I think my relationship with this dealership will also be. Bottom line, if they do not respect my time, won't update my contact info...they won't be getting any more of my business.

Way into my search after looking at a few car I saw an online listing for a Mazda3s for sale in Black along with a few pictures.. The listing did not say much, but it had a phone number, and said to call for more information. I called the number and reached a Mr. Ben Miller. We talked for a while briefly over the phone, and he told me whatever I asked about the car. Now this is where the excellent service part comes into place. I told him about my schedule over the next few days, and he said that if he had the car he would meet me early Sunday morning if I wanted to take a look at the car. We all know that car places are closed on Sunday., so that was great. But since it was a nice car, and I wanted to take a look at it before somebody bought it, I made a crazy suggestion, that if he wanted I could take a look at it after school, and I finished with other stuff, and 10 PM. What do you know, agreed. I was kinda shocked to that part. I drove from Raleigh to Greensboro late at night and he met me at his office late at night. He was just one of the nicest car sales person you could ever meet. So we test drove the vehicle, and it handled well, was clean on the inside, and appeared to have been painted on the outside. We went inside and talked numbers, then I agreed to purchase the vehicle. While he was filling out all of the paperwork he told me about some of the things that he did. One thing he can do is buy cars and sell them to you. Not exactly a broker, but similar from my understanding. This is how it works from what I can remember: 1) You specify the exact car you want, make, model, color, options, etc., and he finds it for you. 2) He goes to the dealer and buys it way cheaper than a normal person can. Way below invoice, and what the dealer is actually paying the car manufacturer for it. 3) Then he sales/leases you the car, are a low price. 4) You drive away happy and become a loyal customer for the future. All in all I would recommend buying a car from Miller Auto Sales in the future, and I think it is even worth the drive from Raleigh to Greensboro, or whatever part of town you are from to get a car from him. After all, who doesn't want to save a ton of money.

I think that's his strategy-- he takes a condescending tone with his customers in the hopes of pressuring them into a sale. It's certainly different than other dealerships, but lack of information seems to be their specialty. The "salesperson" helping us, didn't seem to know much about cars in general, any questions we asked about cars we were interested in, she had to look up, and if she couldn't find it, then she didn't know, and couldn't be bothered to ask anyone else. One car we liked, noted damage from a previous accident, and despite claiming to offer a free history report yet she couldn't tell us any details and said they don't offer the CarFax, but we could pay to get the details (!!), no a very honest or transparent business model. When it came to taking a test drive the salesperson just gave us the keys and told us to go drive it. Other dealerships we visited the salesperson rode with us, pointed out features and details of the car...the whole thing was just very awkward. The only warranty they offer with cars is a 90 limited warranty. Again, the whole experience was awkward , unprofessional, and didn't leave me feeling comfortable enough to spend any money with them

A well-known brand needs to make sure that they're choosing people that are adequate to represent them. And as I was on the phone explaining to the sales person Joe, he said I had to wait one hour for an email and I went and proceeded to tell him I would like for someone to call me back. He hung up the phone so not only is this a bad experience, but I'm also being disrespected and as a man I do not tolerate any disrespect.
