Her philosophy is basically "the customer deserves to be the only one who is being serviced at that time and therefore, the results will be amazing!" How many times have you sat in a shop and couldn't truly relax because you were n a queue - waiting for your turn - with other clients. You were hoping not to get left in the shuffle or overlooked and left languishing under a dryer. That's not ever going to be the case with Ms. Tiffany. She schedules so that you and only YOU are in her salon. Yes. That's right - she doesn't book people on top of people!!!! You will have her all to yourself. How awesome is that? She us not worrying about how many people she can squeeze into her day, but rather her utmost concern is how much attention can she squeeze into the client in her chair at that appointed time. Check her out. You will not be disappointed. Not only is she kind, thorough, considerate, and funny...but she's very skilled in what she does. She's a talented stylist and can get you done with a quickness because she respects your time. I am a satisfied client.

Jenae is a genius with a flat iron and a blowdryer and I get so many compliments on my hair when I go in to see her. From classic bobs and lobs to my currently long hair, she knows how to keep my hair healthy with deep conditioning treatments and trims and has really taken the time to get to know my hair and what makes it look its best. She's definitely stayed current on the best treatments for my hair and her craft of stylish 'dos. Visiting her studio is great because it's a private room within a salon complex that she keeps nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Her prices are very reasonable and parking is easy in the lot which makes for completely stress-free appointments. Other hairstylists need not apply because Jenae is MY hairstylist!

I asked for marley twists and she started the twist by first braiding the extensions and then began to twist the hair (see photo). I'm very particular about my hair and I like the consistency, so this really bugged me. Also before I came in, I called Binta and she said that the price was higher than usual because the grade of hair that would be used for marley twists is expensive. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT LADIES!! I'm not sure what hair she used, but it was cheap, it felt like plastic manufactured hair and it's not worth the additional fee. Also, I'm tall so I wanted my braids long and they're a little bit below my shoulders (which was another reason why the price was high). I paid a total of $280. Back home in Atlanta I pay $200 (not including a tip) for exactly what I want. Binta is sweet and all, but with that amount of money for braids, customer service alone just doesn't cut it. Next time I'll make arrangements to get my hair done in Atlanta. If you have the means to make that same trip, then I suggest you do before going here. I'm not sure why the other ratings were so high. I fell for the hype - I wouldn't go back and I would not recommend this salon.
