The owner, Julie, is very rude and hostile when you hold her accountable for her nonsense. For 3 appointments in a row, she kept me waiting while she either arrived late or helped other walk-ins before me. The last appointment, she asked me to come in 30 minutes early, which I did. The point of this was to give me time to pick out a color; allegedly. When I arrived, she was not there, only her husband. Upon arrival, he rudely directed me to "sit in the chair" after I greeted him hello. When he asked me to choose colors from the swatches, I called out about TEN COLORS only for him to tell me that they did not have that color. Finally, Julie arrives 40 minutes after I arrived. She explained that her husband does not know where any of the colors are. Only she does. So basically, there was NO reason for me to get there 30 minutes earlier as he was not able to help locate the colors, only she could do this. I finally spoke up asked "I got here 9:00. Why was I told to get here 30 minutes early." That is when she insinuated hand gestures to be quiet and not to ask. She would not answer and dismissed my question. When I asked again, she gave a huge attitude ; angry tone and said something like "Stop talking about this so I can work; are you going to talk?? Then I can not work" Later she told me that she wanted me to sit nicely and quietly while she keeps me waiting, just like her other customers do. Um, no thanks. Some other details: The place you dunk your feet in for pedicures looks dirty; as if it is something you may find in your garage. On two occasions, she cut too deep into my cuticle and almost caused an infection in one finger, redness in the other. I notice that they do not have all the colors that are offered on the swatches. She did the worse cat eye I have ever seen in my life. You can hardly see the cat eye and it faded quickly. The nail polish they use always seems to get dull marks very quickly. Both points she claimed were my fault for using harsh chemicals (which I dont') And this never happened at other salons. Stay clear of here. read more

I went in for a spa pedicure and I did not get that. I have been to this place plenty of times and received ok service. This time there was an older lady there that had no idea what a spa pedicure was. The owner had to keep giving her instructions. It was a horrible experience. FALL 2021 I went to the nail salon because of the reviews, she did an amazing design on my nails... the staff was very friendly. A little less then 2 weeks I started to notice dark spots underneath the nail on my nail bed. So I chipped away (best I could, because the design on my nail was covering it) when I was finally able to get a closer look ... it was dark nasty fungus!!! So naturally I started to wonder if it was anywhere else. I then had to start chipping away at the sides to get a closer look and of course... seven out of the 10 of my fingernails had fungus. I got a nail fungus treatment and it helped a lot, with the exception of my right pinky. My pinky nail is so infected that I fell the pain down to the nerve endings!!! I'm on Lamisil for two weeks. I wish I knew how to attach a picture, to show you all how gross this is. Not sure if changes have been made since I've gone, I'm re-posting because I turn to reviews from others often. I would strongly recommend going to another nail salon in the area. The owner is so rude towards clients making it uncomfortable to sit there and get a manicure. Additionally when I came into the salon she claimed she would charge me $5 to remove gel nails. This is unheard of anywhere else I've been to but I stayed and was okay with it because I didn't want to go back out and search for another salon. When it came time to pay she tried charging me $22 saying $10 to remove gel nails and $12 for gel manicure. When I reminded her that she had said $5 she claimed the additional $5 was because it was difficult for the tech to remove the 5 gem stones on my two fingers. It was really an excuse to get more money! Also she had an unhappy customer come back to her to complain about the manicure being ruined and the owner did not handle that well. She was yelling at the customer and disregarding that she had 5 other customers getting their nails done in the salon at that time. She should've not handled the situation in this manner making other customers uncomfortable about her comments on tips and yelling at an unhappy customer. read more

I came to this salon bc it's close to my home, but in all seriousness I would not go to them again. Due to Covid the prices are way overpriced for the attention they put to painting your nails. I got charged $50 for a regular mani-pedi, and they missed the entire side of my nails (all of them) . I showed this to my friends and they agreed that this is the sloppiest "professional" manicure they've ever seen.. my pedicure came out better, but the women ripped off some skin between my toe and nails and now my left big toe is sore... I went to Millennium Nails just yesterday with my sister to get a new acrylic set an a gel pedicure done and I couldn't be happier with the results. Julie is so kind and amazing at her job I loved the way she shaped my nails and she was very gentle with the filing, which is always a plus for me. she was also very accommodating when I asked her to change the length and working with me to get what I wanted for my nails. She also let me know about the tax I would have been charged if I paid with card, which going into college next year and needing to save money, was very generous of her. I am looking forward to my next about with Julie! The pedicure was also just as amazing as my experience with Julie. An older gentleman to take care of my pedicure and it was clear of that millennium nails really does care about customer service, all of their stuff is so nice! I believe I payed Only $28 for a pedicure with gel polish and I have never felt so relaxed. My feet are so smooth now and there was no polish coming off of my nails. Unfortunately I did not get the man's name but I will definitely be looking for him the next time I go for a pedicure! I was shocked to see such a low rating on yelp which is why am writing such an extensive review. The prices here are reasonable specially for the area that it's in and he definitely get more for your money! The staff is extremely generous and even the people that did not take care of me you were so sweet and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. Unfortunately I didn't look at Yelp reviews and only looked at google ones before scheduling, which I didn't even need to do because I waited about 20 mins before I was sat. First time . Went in for gel tip fill and gel pedi. No one cut my cuticles, the nails were all uneven in length , the gel polish was a mess, the gel fill was awful bumpy and not filled evenly . This location has been under new management for quite some time. I'm only reviewing for gel manicures/extensions and spa pedicures by Julie and Henry. I have no complaints. It's definitely a laid back feeling in the salon but professional. Julie works hard to run the salon and it shows. Due to my schedule, I'm only able to get in there monthly and my mani/pedi always lasts and looks good. The prices are reasonable. I believe they offer a mani/pedi special during the week now. "You stop moving your hands! Stop moving now!" Holy shit, I've never been yelled at so much by a woman working at a nail salon. Usually, my favorite part of getting a pedicure is the massage. The massage at this place was non-existent. It was basically the equivalent of a 6 year old child putting lotion on your ankles and feet. I also had my eyebrows waxed here and she took out any shape that I had. My manicure chipped within 3 days - every nail on both hands! Save yourself the time and expense and let a blind, rabid dog do your nails. It will look just as good and will be a bit more pleasant of an experience. read more

I rarely write reviews but this was one of the worst experiences, I have ever had in any establishment. I called before arriving to make sure there was availability. The person who answered told me to come between 2:20pm and 2:30pm... I arrived at 2:15pm for a fill in and wasn't seen until 2:45pm. (This wasn't a huge issue as, I didn't make an appointment)... Once the lady started working on my nails I asked her to cut them shorter and she complained that I should have told her before she started filing (I did) .... after she filed my nails down I asked her to make sure they are square. I am very particular about the shape of my nails.... I got gel polish and she made me go get the gel polish off the wall (I have never had to go pick up my own gel polish at any other nail salon and I didn't see any other clients here who went and picked up their own gel polish). When she started painting my nails she didn't go to the top of my nail and it appeared as if, I have had the polish for a week already. When I asked her to make sure she paints my entire nail she told me I'm too picky and to go wait for Julie. I was in disbelief that someone I'm paying to do my nails talked to me in that manner. I can admit I am picky but it's her job and in customer service you don't talk to your clients that way. This was my first and last time at Millennium Nails I. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the owner Julie did fix my nails the way I wanted them. If you happen to go here I would only make an appointment with Julie. There were two people working there and the man who cut my toenails end up cutting them in such a way that would have fostered an ingrown toenail, but luckily my son and husband both have them so I knew what steps to mitigate the awful job he did. WORST manicure I've ever had. My daughter and I stopped at this place on on our way home because our usual salon had a long wait. We were taken quickly for our "manicures." I asked for a French Manicure. The man doing my nails painted the white tip on, and then put a clear coat over my nails - that was it! No pinkish color before the top coat, just the white tip and clear polish! They didn't use hot towels or lotion, and neither my daughter nor I received a hand massage. What kind of manicure is that? I have been going to Julie (the owner) for years & I have finally cut ties with this salon. She is the most unprofessional owner I've ever met. All she cares about is MONEY. Every time I make an appointment, I come on time & she makes me wait for an hour before sending me off to another nail artist, even tho my appointment is always with her. I am so sick of being talked about when I come in to get my nails done, all she does is talk about the clientele when they leave. I've been listening to her complain about every single client after they leave her salon. Currently sitting in here. Got here around 11:45. Brought my daughter and mom to get nails done for an event this weekend. When I entered I asked if there was availability as a walk in. We sat and waited and were taken fairly quickly. I left and returned 45 minutes later and my daughter was almost done but my mother was sitting there with tips glued on and no one working on her. Two appointments came in. I understand having appointments and attending to them but when you have an appointment booked you don't start working on a client and then leave them sitting while you work on those with appointments. Other salons have told me to return so there wouldn't be conflict. Then the color my mother wanted they tried to have her change because it would cost $5 more cause it's more work. I will not return to this establishment. It was clean and friendly but the unprofessionalism was ridiculous. If I wasn't desperate I would have walked out as soon as I walked in. Dingy old place. Terrible polish selection, everything is old and separating. Place is dirty. I wouldn't let her cut my cuticles or use any tools on me. The file was ancient. It actually took her almost ten minutes to file my nails. I asked her to skip the lotion and cuticle step and just polish bc I was in a rush but I just wanted to get out faster. It also took 15 minutes to put the polish on my nails, as she said "I'm doing the best I can." Haha. And she got it all over my skin around my nails. The polish was old and chunky. The clear coat was some cheap crap that was old and stringy. And to make it worse as she finished my nails the other lady was eating her dinner, which I have no problem with (it was 8pm and they were closing) but she was making the most disgusting noises and slurping meat as she ate it. After having many bad experiences at high end salons with attitude and cheap products this place not only made me feel at home but my nails came out beautifully and I haven't been this happy with my nails from a place in a while. Although this place isn't as high end as other nail salons in the area the technicians are sweet and they know what they're doing and good manners and great service is a must for me to feel comfortable. Have gone here a number of times but service is awful. Julie (the owner) always does my nails but she is constantly stopping to answer her phone and send text messages. She always overbooks and makes you wait. Then when she does get to you she rushes, answers phone calls and text messages and doesn't fully focus on the customers services. I got acrylic gel full set and a gel pedicure. One of my nails broke 4 days later.After paying $85 for this service and being rushed out of there in less than 40 mins. (For both hands and feet!!) When I went back she argued with me that it was my fault my nail broke and I should pay her to fix it. She also told me not to come back there. Terrible customer service. Do NOT go here. This place was great! Ignore ALL BAD reviews you see dated from before this year! It has new owners who renovated it recently. They made it beautiful. New tiles, new furniture, paint, etc. They have new people doing your nails, properly! My pedicure was very relaxing. They always do a scrub on your feet & legs. Massage with lotion. (Not charged extra like some salons.) Nice, new massage chairs. The girl doing my feet was American. Not that I would've cared if she wasn't. But it was a nice change to the norm. I told her how last time I had a pedicure & when I left that (other) salon & got home my feet were still all cracked & dry. She made sure to get the big guns out & really scrub my very ticklish feet. Lol They were very smooth, for weeks, from this salon. So, my gel polished nails actually got a couple thin, pin cracks on them a couple days later. Don't know why. I looked up online. Sometimes this just happens. They were puzzled like me as to how it happened so quickly & the way it did. I wasn't able to come in right away to fix. However, 4-5 days later I came in & they took all my gel off & redid them for me, free of charge, nicely & without blaming me. (In a different color of course.) I just have to finish by saying that the customer service is impeccable here! They listen to you. What you want & even suggest designs or cool different ideas. Not like some salons that give attitude or try to talk you out of designs because they aren't skilled enough. I got there about an hour & half before closing & they DO NOT do a rush job like some salons do. They even have gel and regular polish in the exact same color!
