I couldnt give stars. This company has repeatedly failed to figure out the issue with the elevator…read moreafter they initiated a repair nearly two months ago. Since that time the elevator hs broken down 10 times. The fire department had to be called six times due to passengers stuck (today myself). The ooerator on the energency line for Slade told me there was one tech at another elevator across town and Id have to wait. After she hung up without providing ANY sense of assurance that the tech would come, nor offer to call the fire department, she stopped talking, hung up and diverted call backs to a voicemail. I had to call the firedepartment myself. As a member of my buildings board of directors, you can bet who is losing a service contract, and facing a law suit. Use this company at your residents peril when Slade is the service provider.

It stops (more or less) at the right spot on all the floors, and more importantly, I can't remember the last time it got stuck!

I called around the neighborhood to see if there would be anyone able to service it and finally got on the phone with Jules. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the unit, but more than anything he was able to advise me on the value of a replacement vs. the cost of servicing a window AC that wasn't built to last. On Monday, the team came to un-install the non-functioning Midea and replace it with my new LG. Thanks so much, guys! There has been barely communication in regards to the process of the awning. My mother called for an update and the secretary claims that she told my parents that they awning needed to come down so the new one can be installed, that never happened. My husband and dad went outside and took the old one down, no one showed up with the new one. My husband was home from work for my parents, for a dry fitting of the awning, they never showed. My mother has to keep emailing and calling to no avail. The secretary states that she has been communicating, false. My parents have used them for years for fences, handrails, etc. and now they have lost a loyal customer. My husband and I are buying a house and they lost us too.
