I got in a car accident on a Thursday, it was a pretty bad accident. They came to pick up my car and took it to go fix it at their shop. It was a 2017 Ford Explorer and I was devastated because I thought it wasn't going to be the same. The shop was a low key spot so I was kind of sketch about taking my car here. 2 weeks later it was as good as new. I went to pick up the car and didn't realize the reverse lights weren't working. I purchased a car that had been recently serviced by this shop, it was a mess. It cost me $2000 to fix their shady work. they were to replace the head cover gasket, they did not replace it and only used a silicon sealer. They also dropped a bolt from the headcover into the engine, which went into the oil pan. Not only did the headcover leak and need to be fixed, the oil pan had to be dropped to retrieve the bolt and that gasket had to be replaced. I have the paperwork from the repair. In addition, this shop also had replaced the front bumper - its the wrong bumper for the car by they jimmied it on and did not replace the engine shield underneath. read more

I was involved in an accident about 2 months ago and someone showed up and recommended thIs body shop I find it funny that a lot of the other reviewers here seem to think that this shop is full of scammers. I was recommended and I decided to pay them a visit when I arrived they were eating lunch but that didn't stop them from helping me. The owner himself walked me around the shop and showed me the quality of work that they provide. I was impressed because it's a simple mom and pop shop and they really try to help their customers. I was given the option of a tow for my car and a free loaner. They explained to me that these services are for customers only, because the insurance covers the towing and since my vehicle was unable to be driven. I loved that option. But they also advised me that if the insurance didn't cover the costs that they would eat the cost as long as the vehicle was repaired at their facility. As a business woman I understood completely. Some of the other reviewers here decided to take their cars elsewhere and I would have charged them the fees that I had to pay as well. So I'm not mad at that. My Lexus was repaired at this body shop and I had a few miner issues with it after like my check engine light and I took it back to them and they inspected it and they reset the light for me with ease. Thank yoU guys again for your hospitality and great quality work. I'm very peculiar about my car and I was happy with the work and happier to have my car back. read more

There are not enough curse words in the English language to describe what a disgusting person the owner of this body shop is. I had the unfortunate luck to have dealt with this shop. I was recommended to take my car to this shop by a person who "witnessed" a car accident my car was involved in what a coincidence that he was affiliated with a law office and a body shop. Now that I look back I must have hit my head pretty hard. I was dumb enough to allow them to tow my car and signed paper work for the lawyers. When I finally realize how shady everything was I decided to change law offices to a top rated and experienced law firm. When they got wind of this they decided to hold my car ransom. Every time I called the owner Rigo Pina (who gave me a different name evrytime I asked who I was speaking to) would be extremely aggressive rude mean degrading offensive and sexist. He would extend the time it would take to get my car back. Finally 2 months later He gave me a pick up date. I went in a he refused to give me my car or copies of what I had signed with him to repair. I had to involve the POLICE!!!! That didn't resolve it I had to return the next morning again with the POLICE and he finally while arguing and insulting us gave us the keys to my car and forced me to pay 3000 dollars. The damage to my car was supposed to be covered by my insurance but since I was never told that they were not in the Insurance approved network I was forced to pay 20 percent of the repairs. I have never been so insulted in my life. What horrible luck but a good lesson in the future. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BODY SHOP!!!!!! I will be taking him to small claims court. My car was given back to be with damaged window controls and a maintenance required light that wasn't there previous. I will be getting a reputable body shop to review the repairs that I was billed for and what was damaged. STAY AWAY!!!!! read more

I was involved in a car accident I panicked, seconds later a guy named David Lopez shows up claiming he witness everything saying he worked for a lawyer that could help me and he knew a good body shop which was this one, he advised me not to do police report, he talked me into it minutes later he had his tow truck there. I got to the body shop they made me sign papers gave me a old loaner that was in bad conditions while they contacted the insurance and they assigned me a rental. Next day it hit me what a coincidence it all was, I changed lawyer we tried contacting the owner all day to have my car towed out of there but no luck, I go in the afternoon their almost closed some guy there gives us the owners # cause he was gone he tells me he's not going to give me the car until I pay the towing fee, storage, loaner and HUNGS UP the phone on me after the guy there shuts the garage door in our face, how can I trust RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL people to take care of my car if THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I left my bran new 2014 vehicle with 98 miles for repair first time car was to be picked up found hit marks on the other side of the drivers doors. All the repairs were suppose to be done on the passanger side. They told me to leave it two more days. For painting on that door. Went back in two days and as I was turning into the street. Saw a man driving my car. And he crashed the back bumper on the curb. I hadbto leave it again so they can repair it. Once again but before leaving I decided to check the miles. Oh my! It had 254 miles on it. Someone was driving my new vehicle. I was furious. I am planning on calling the business bureau for mal practice. Got into a argument with the manager. He could not give me an explanition for the miles.
