How this so-called 'local' floral shop continues to stay in business is beyond me, because the staff/employees here are NOT friendly - they're actually pretty rude and super unprofessional. We were interested in purchasing a few bouquets/flower arrangements for the home, but we felt very unwelcomed. Selection was minimal, and the organization of what they had could have been better. Definitely not worth your support or a visit - so overhyped. Hard pass. +horrible & rude staff read more

Gorgeous flowers, and great customer service. Would definitely recommend this florist - reasonably priced, very friendly, and they had a quick turnaround. I had called in the early afternoon and asked if they could put an arrangement together for delivery that day, and they were able to do it. Their website was easy to navigate and set up delivery, but calling was also super simple and painless. I'll be using them again! read more

#ThankYouThursday2021 I was the Event Planner for a 3 day celebration recently and was on the hunt near the North Shore for flowers for the occasion. I randomly reached out to MilleFiori Florist Ltd. What incredible luck to have found them! From the first telephone call, all follow up questions, pricing, delivery and gorgeous flowers I was wow'd! The family hosting the event was equally happy. Many of the attendees commented on the terrific floral arrangements. The flowers were delivered on time, exactly as we had asked. Even the delivery guy was super friendly and kind. The arrangements looked perfect on all 3 days of events. We moved them from place to place and they remained looking fresh and perfect. I cannot say enough about this quaint and adorable shop. The staff made me feel like they appreciated our business and cared about our events. I will definitely bring my business to this flower shop again! read more

Lovely arrangement and prompt delivery of fresh-cut flowers. My (very picky) friend was delighted.

Most beautiful flowers for my daughter in law on the birth of my granddaughter. The flowers requested were favorites of the mother, grandmother and great grandmother and MilleFiori added each in such a creative, beautiful way. She loved them. Thank you! read more

This place has always done wonderful arrangements for me in the past. What earned the five stars and the review was the job they did twice for my daughter's wedding. The first was the one cancelled at the last minute due to Covid in December. They helped us work through the cancellation, then helped with the summer wedding even finding fun ways to tie the theme back to the original New Years theme while celebration summer. Wonderful arrangements and better people. Cannot recommend them enough read more

We LOVE this shop! During Covid, we decided to entertain ourselves by putting together a terrarium. We did not want to go inside any stores in order to get the supplies we needed to build the terrarium, so we called MilleFiori and asked if they could help us. WOW! They blew us out of the water. The sweet woman we worked with went above and beyond to help us find the appropriate plants, moss, etc., we needed. When we pulled up for curbside pickup, she had even wrapped our purchase beautifully as if we were going to give it as a gift. She was kind, patient, and knowledgable. I highly recommend shopping at MilleFiori for all your floral needs. read more

I needed a presentation bouquet for my niece's cotillion and was searching for florists in the area. I did a Yelp search and found Mille Fiori. Their floral arrangements on their Yelp page were absolutely stunning. The pictures alone had me sold! In addition to their fabulous photos, Mille Fiori was highly ranked off of Yelp so I decided to give them a try. I'm giving them five stars for their colorful selection of flowers and greenery. Their helpful staff is always ready to guide you through the process of choosing the right bouquet/arrangement for any special event. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They can recommend and assemble the heartiest of flowers; guaranteeing your arrangement stays fresh throughout your entire event. Most importantly, they will work within any price point. No matter what your budget, you will leave satisfied knowing every creation they construct is uniquely beautiful. Metered street parking is found anywhere down Central avenue. Since Central avenue is a prime shopping thoroughfare, parking may be difficult. If that is the case, use the additional metered city lot near Central and Stewart avenues. read more

I ordered flowers for a relative's birthday from this florist and was very pleased. The gentleman taking my order was most pleasant and patient telling me other items besides flowers in the store that could be added to my delivery. I chose the lavender handsoap and lotion he mentioned. The recipient said the bottles were plentiful. The arrangement was lovely and four days later she is still sending me thank you messages. We had a mixup on the street address for delivery but the delivery man called me directly which I appreciated and we worked it out. Will definitely order again from here. read more

An excellent neighborhood florist we have been patronizing for several years. Every begging of the school year, our two teacher daughters love the opening of school bouquets we bring them. My husband and I recently got married this past June and we used MilleFiori as our florist for our wedding. In the search for florists I met with a couple different florist in the Evanston area and I can say that I had the best experience with MilleFiori. MilleFiori was actually that last florist that my mother and I met with and I'm so happy we did. My mother and I met with Tracy, who owns the business with her husband, to get an estimate. MilleFiori gave us a very reasonable estimate and Tracy was great and provided great input and suggestions. After receiving the estimate we had to make some final decisions and Tracy was very prompt in helping us anytime we had questions. I went to pop in before the wedding and met her Husband Charlie who was also just as helpful as Tracy. I couldn't have asked for a better florist. I got married at Highland Park Country Club and MilleFiori has worked with them in the past so everything went flawlessly with everything getting set up. I had absolutely not problems working with them and if I had to do it all over again I would use them in a heartbeat. Tracy and Charlie were so kind and easy to work with. I would highly recommend MilleFiori to anyone who is looking for a florist; even if you're not looking for a florist for your wedding they do beautiful arrangements for all occasions. read more

LAME! The roses were all opened up and on the back-end of their life, even though I specifically requested mostly closed roses. (Person taking order assured me that these were more toward the closed side.) Arrangement was even less than boring. They should be embarrassed. GO TO COSTCO AND BUY TWO DOZEN BEAUTIFUL ROSES FOR $18 and you will be immensely happier. I guess I'm still searching for a good florist (and with moderate prices). MilleFiori Florist is NOT it. read more

Totally forgot a very important family member's birthday until the morning of. I was able to place a flower delivery order online 10 minutes before their same-day delivery cut-off time. I wanted a special custom design floral arrangement for my best friends 25th silver wedding anniversary. I was trying to duplicate a version of the bridal boutique I had caught at their wedding. My friend said she actually had tears in her eyes from how beautiful and sentimental the flowers were. When I personally saw the arrangement I was blown away how similar and accurate they bouquet looked with no picture for them to use. I had to order over phone so everything was done verbal general description. I had a limited budget but you'd never know looking at the quality of the flowers used and vase picked by florists. The girl who helped me seemed to be truly invested in making this specisl gift for a special occassion. HIGHLY RECCOMEND in the Evanston area. read more

Love this place. I have bought several gifts here and plan to go back for certain. This is my new go to place in our new neighborhood. Edit - I still love this place but the roses I received today were already more than half open. I was disappointed to see this and recommend that you ask for closed roses if you prefer. The flowers will last longer this way. (We were credited for these flowers and they could not have been more concerned about making us happy. We have bought several plants and garden items here and like the owners.) New edit - Just received some of the most beautiful flowers ever for my birthday. We were very pleased. Great place. read more

I scored major husband points for the surprise flowers I brought home from MilleFiori the other day. This was the only florist in Evanston that had purple irises on a day in mid-February, and they held several stems ($2 per stem) for me until I could pick them up later that day. The staff was courteous and prompt, and the store cats were very entertaining. In addition to cut flowers, they had a large collection of garden ornaments and vases and such. There was also a small collection of homemade soaps and pretty satchels. I'm a bit disappointed that they don't carry herbs, but I can go somewhere else for those. read more

The selection of plants and planters is great. The plants are also very healthy. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They need to buy a roll of cellophane and some ribbons. read more

Tracy did the flowers for my wedding and I couldn't have been happier with them. The arrangements turned out gorgeous. And the bouquets were beautiful. When I was shopping around for florists, Mille Fiori was the only place that told me I could use peonies with my budget. Tracy was very accommodating during our wedding planning process. I was an out of town bride, so we consulted over the phone and squeezed in meetings when I was in town. She also let me use my own containers for the centerpieces. Overall, I highly recommend Mille Fiori's services. They were easy to work with and produced beautiful results. read more
