I later checked O'Reilly and its a $10 bulb. I also agreed to a new cabin air filter...$65! I checked O'Reilly and its $25. If I wanted the expensive K&N brand, it was $50. UGH! All in all the experience was good. DIY to save money OR if you don't have the time or ability, let Jiffy Lube do it but you're gonna pay!

Found out months later by a family member that my oil levels are low, they only filled half, the oil they used was super black, not full synthetic. They did not offer to change my coolant or steering fluid even after I asked. Also they tighten your valve so hard you would never be able to change your own oil at home. You'd be forced to go back to a shop to get your oil change. Never ever coming back here again and highly DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone else to come here either.

Recently brought my 2021 Lexus in for Luis to inspect a damaged right side rear view mirror…read more The top cover of the mirror had been ripped off and the mirror itself was left partially dangling. The lower housing appeared undamaged with all the exposed wiring appearing to be still intact. The first shop I took my vehicle to informed me that although the exterior of lower base appeared ok cosmetically, there might be unseen damage to the inside of the unit, given that a plastic piece did appear to have been snapped off. Hmmm, but ok, seems logical. Since the entire unit required replacement and given all the electronics involved, the OEM price + labor + tax was over $1,300. Yikes! Checked out Lou's Auto Repair; he took a look at this and that, wiggled here, pinched there and he declared that I'd only need to replace the plastic top cover of the mirror. WT-! Total bill out the door, $135. Moral of the story, always get multiple estimates and always include Lou's Auto Repair for an honest estimate, and timely professional workmanship.

Me being an observant person (yes I'm still using my phone going on social media and watching videos and what not) I'm also listening and being aware of what's going on around me. I listen and noticed that the African American Man (wearing all black) short hair with cornrow braids on his head is very rude the way he talks to his employees. He is the opening manager named Darrence. I absolutely do not like the way he treats his employees. He yells at them and gives them attitude which is unacceptable and definitely looks very uncomfortable place to work at. He must be coached on the way he speaks to his employees. I understand that the employees make minor mistakes, but there's no need to talk to them the way that Darrence did. Victor (older Asian male) helped us out and was wonderful. He had excellent customer service and it was very knowledgeable. He was quick on his feet and provided outstanding customer service. We do appreciate Victor for all he does. Thank you for your hard work, attentiveness, kindness, and knowledge Victor, you deserve a raise.

This shop is a scam had my transmission done by them they said they installed a remanufacture that…read moremy warranty company provided, but my vehicle was still acting the same way when I took it into shop. had to take the vehicle back to them to redo the job. They still did not get it right never provided me with the proper paperwork showing that the vehicle Had the transmission installed, they cannot provide me with any tracking information in regards to who picked up the previous transmission that was in my 2020 Dodge Durango GT and they provide me any information showing that the transmission installed at all. Then one of their representatives by the name of Christie tried to charge me for a diagnostic for brakes and rotor, which I did not give approval for. Picked up my vehicle the very next day or at least try to. They put my vehicle outside the shop and locked my keys inside. Will never go to this place again or recommend worst business I've done with anybody that has an auto mechanic shop. If you wanna save yourself time money and a headache, don't go to this place.
