Last week I had a painful dental emergency and I am so grateful that I found Dr. Abrams and his wonderful office staff. My regular dentist didn't respond so I took a chance with Mill Valley Dentistry and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Abrams saw me as soon as he could and subsequently paved the way for emergency visits with the Endodontist and ultimately the Periodontist. He made the connections without my having to make requests...it was all done at warp speed through the network of connections that he has. I'm so thankful to have found Mill Valley Dentistry! Dr. Abrams and his staff are incredibly efficient, friendly and honest. He truly cares about each patient. This was most evident during the past year (Covid). My husband is an anesthesiologist and needed a root canal right before covid hit. He worked for 3 months or so in pain until Dr Abrams could reopen his practice and be able to get him in. Dr. Abrams has even come in on his days off or early morning/late night to take care of my husbands every changing schedule. He has followed every protocol for making sure my entire family has a clean bill of dental health. I highly recommend Dr. Abrams and Mill Valley Dentistry. I live in downtown SF but have opted to make the trek because I've been so impressed with the staff there. My first visit was right when The Covid lockdown started and I was made to feel incredibly safe and comfortable. Dr. Abrams was referred by a friend and he didn't disappoint. One of my fillings fell out and he was able to get me in immediately. He gave me a thorough evaluation and a careful recommendation. (I have felt duped by dentists in the past so this was a welcome change). It was a tricky job but he was able to handle it. I was in and out in less than an hour with no pain! In addition to the wonderful staff, the technology is top notch and the amenities are wonderful. I love being able to drive up abs park right in front. That never happens in the city! To clarify, my review is purely on the way I was treated during this discussion over the phone. I suggest giving her training on customer service. Dr Abrams was my dentist in San Francisco for years before my wife and I moved up to Mill Valley. We were stoked when he's opened up this new spot right in our backyard. He has been taking care of my wife, my daughter (3 yrs old) and me for a few years now and has consistently been amazing. My daughter actually super enjoys trips to dentist and he's great with her. The new spot has a super good vibe and trips to dentist always a good excuse to hit Cafe Del Sol next door.....cause nachos, and teeth cleanings are a great combo. No, seriously those nachos are amazing. Young cool dentist, who I legit trust in a new office close to home = win! Oh, and Cafe Del Sol's hot sauce is flipping amazing as well. read more

My four children usually balk about going to the dentist, but this has been the first time they have all remarked how "cool" Dr. Abrahms is, and that he's the best dentist they've ever seen. He's engaging as well as a thoughtful listener. Luckily we haven't had any major dental issues, but I'm sure he'd address them if we did. Update from last post. Had some dental work with Dr. Abrams. It was on my wisdom tooth. He let me know before what he was going to do and how it would feel. He made sure I was OK at each step. If you have anxiety having dental work ask for a prescription for something to help take the edge off. They will give you a low dose which is really helpful. read more

I cannot say enough how much I love the employees at this office and how great my experience was. Everyone is so attentive & kind & they just go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable, or to help you out in situations regarding insurance, etc. Dr. Abrams was super gentle, and worked to ensure we adapted solutions that would allow for the minimum amount of impact to my teeth. In other words, we are taking baby steps in our plan and he only does what is necessary. I felt no pressure, and was thrilled with the costs and lack of pain I experienced. Over the years I have had gentle dentist and dentist that are brutal in their technique. I am pleased to say that Dr. Wynee Lee is a "Master of Gentleness". She is very thorough and communicates what she plans on accomplishing during the visit. In addition she is very connected with your concerns about your teeth, comfort level and general health.
