Both qualities were sincerely appreciated after I had spent two hours waiting for Mark's Towing, been verbally accosted by Mark's Towing's tow operator, and then abandoned by Mark's Towing's tow operator, and finally waiting another hour to see if Mark's Towing was sending someone back, the night before (hint: do not use Mark's Towing). My car's front ride height was accidentally set up too low just before the coolant bottle failure killed the engine, and I was terrified that significant damage would be unavoidable (I was resigned to it), since I had not been able to correct the ride height; but such was the driver/operator's skills, that he walked me through what needed to be done, and my car was loaded (and unloaded at its destination) without a scratch! My car was carefully secured and Certified's driver/operator took every bit of care with my car, for which I was extremely grateful!
