So, she prescribed 100mg tablets plus 50 mg tablets that I had to cut in half. In December, my son was not doing g great and he left a voicemail for Davita. She called back while my son was in a shower. So, I discussed with him the issue. She said that I should give him the full 50mg to a total dose of 150mg. Then, my son had a follow up appointment on January 3rd. He did not know his dose as I am the one managing his meds. So, Davita sent a 125mg prescription of Sertraline. I noticed the issue when I was about to pay for the meds. So, I put a hold on my order, and contacted the office Sunday evening. Ever since, I emailed many times, my son called, I called. Since Monday, I keep being told that my messages are forwarded to Davita. NO ANSWER OR CORRECTED PRESCRIPTION AS OF TODAY, FRIDAY. I do not think there is an office manage to solve my problem. Every day, I only keep hearing that my messages are being forwarded. So, even though my son was on 150 mg of Sertraline since December, I have no choice but to pay for the 125mg of Sertraline, which is kind of being backward to October or November. This is unacceptable that I never heard from Davita or anyone else to actually correct the error for the new prescription. They know my son is out of meds of his 150mg, yet, no action is being done. Tbe 48 hours turnover for a prescription is a joke. Highly, highly frustrated with Davita and the office and the lack of FOLLOWUP.

She is going against the code of ethics in both Washington state and the American Counseling Association. I have never been treated so poorly by a helping professional. Please do yourself a favor and do not book with her. Others with the agency may be good but I am so traumatized by this, I won't go near this agency. The support staff was helpful with filing a formal complaint but I am literally dealing with a traumatic aftermath of a practitioner who took a story and twisted it into one where faulty assumptions landed on others. She even tried to get me to believe in something that hadn't happened. False memory is a real event that where someone is recalling something that was suggested- and I left with her questioning deeply in an inciminating way which had not occurred. I went in with anxiety- for her to say, "you will have even more anxiety after I talk with you," and, "I tell people what they don't want to hear,". I started to get the idea she would twist my words and she did. This is awful, especially when you are trusted professional counselor. I don't think anyone should book with this very spiteful individual.

However, from my very first session with Katie, I have felt super relaxed and capable of opening up completely, and being honest with my true feelings. Having her dog Simon there is an awesome added bonus. I am an avid animal lover, and dogs are my absolute favorite. Having him there to lay his head on my lap, and to lay next to me while I'm on the couch talking, has been the perfect medicine for an anxious mind. Unfortunately, I had to stop seeing Katie abt 2 1/2 years ago due to my insurance benefits ending. I was devastated to think I was going to have to find a new psychiatrist whom I could see for free until I got my benefits back. Shortly after telling Katie my issue regarding my insurance, I received a call from her. Katie told me she was happy to continue seeing me for our twice monthly sessions, until I could come up with new funding/insurance to pay for them. I was so relieved by that call. She is a genuinely caring woman, who decided to give the time she could have been making money with a different client, to me so my mental health treatment wouldn't have to be put on hold, and I wouldn't have to go through the stresses of meeting a new pscychiatrist, and getting comfortable talking with them. Katie is such an awesome woman. I feel, and know, that she genuinely cares about my mental health and my well being. I feel truly blessed to be able to start seeing Katie again . I have suffered without her counseling, and for the first time, look forward to start talking, and working on my mental health. I would recommend Katie Fisher to anyone needing, or seeking guidance & counseling. She truly is one of a kind. I can see how much she cares for her clients, and knowing she is genuine is just the icing on top. :) Stacy B.

"Dr." Deonne as she calls herself, is not actually a medical doctor. She has a doctorate degree in…read moresomething relating to medical, and takes advantage of that to call herself "Dr." She is actually a family nurse practitioner. Nothing wrong with being a nurse practitioner, but it is a bit misleading to call yourself "Dr." in a medical setting, if you aren't one. I am not a high-maintenance patient; I go to the Dr. for my annual exam and an occasional illness, but that's about it. I do take a prescription for sleep (that I have taken for over 14 years. Dr. Deonne's office could not seem to manage the monthly refills for this prescription. While my previous Dr (before I moved here) used to call in 6 months worth of refills of this prescription Dr. Deonne would only call in 1-3 months at a time, and demanded that I be seen several times a year before whe would call in a refill. Please note that I said 1-3 months... that's because the # of refills varied from refill to refill. On four seperate occasions during the one year that I was a patient there, I had to call the office several times in order to get my prescription refilled. While I understand that refilling a monthly prescription does not generate revenue for the "Dr.," it goes with the job to do so. Yet each time I had to call (because they claimed the had not gotten the fax from my QFC pharmacy), I felt as though I was a huge burden to the office. Was Deonne competent? I think so. I did not feel unsafe there. She was quite thorough in her exams and testing, but I felt that all of the follow-up appointments she required were simply so she could bill my insurance for another office visit. It must be difficult for such a small office to make it financially, especially since they are only in the office on Mon/Wed/Fri, but only providing good service when there is potential gain may be one of the reasons that she isn't busy. And now it seems there website is not working... End Note: I found a new Dr,, and she was happy to call in six months worth of refills on my sleepy pill prscription after my new patient exam. No strings attached. :-)

The specialists all give her high marks and she is recognized as a skilled, learned professional. I have been her patient for over 4 years. She takes care of my routine exams and those sessions that require deeper research. When I complained about a constant, persistent pain, she believed me. Even though nothing could be found on Cat scans or MRIs. She sent me to a specialist because she believed and I wound up having emergency surgery. When I had an aneurysm 2 years ago, the emergency doctors wanted to know my medications. My friends placed a call and within an hour she had called back and they knew my list of medications and what they were for. She is a very nice lady because the first time I met her, I was mean and ugly during a manic phase of my Bi-polar illness. When I saw her a year later, she was a class act and never mentioned that incident. Because she does have a small practice, I can always get an appointment. "Dr. Deonne" is the Best. She will continue to be my Primary Care Provider.
