I visited in November 2024, and the poor communication and abject bedside manner by the doctor is irrelevant compared to the ensuing billing process. I received no bill in the mail, no phone call, email, or update on the MyChart app. After 13 months I received an email from a debt collector, including daily phone calls even on Christmas Eve. I had spoken to 4 people in the office multiple times, all of whom said I had a 0 balance. Despite this, repeated calls from the debt collector ensued. I have no late payments to any institution in almost 5 decades of life. But despite my best efforts to uncover a possible bill, only NMET had any record. All this for $99. The few workers that attempted to help me explained THEY were responsible for a poor and inefficient billing system. Sadly, UF's inability to manage their own system may become your problem. Beware and avoid patient care as they have demonstrated a lack of trust.

He listens-there's no talking over us or talking down to us. When our appointment doesn't require Dr. M attention we see Ryan. He is Dr M.s nurse practitioner. I don't have enough wonderful words to describe Ryan, but I'll try! Ryan has the coolest personality-I know that's not necessary for a dr office but it definitely doesn't hurt!! My mom and stepdad are in their 80's. They usually have anxiety before their Dr appointments, but not at McGreevy neurohealth. Ryan puts them at ease and it's so amazing to see (and feel). I've called three times and left a message each time, but they have failed to return my call once. I now have to go through the process all over again of finding a doctor.
