I visited in November 2024, and the poor communication and abject bedside manner by the doctor is irrelevant compared to the ensuing billing process. I received no bill in the mail, no phone call, email, or update on the MyChart app. After 13 months I received an email from a debt collector, including daily phone calls even on Christmas Eve. I had spoken to 4 people in the office multiple times, all of whom said I had a 0 balance. Despite this, repeated calls from the debt collector ensued. I have no late payments to any institution in almost 5 decades of life. But despite my best efforts to uncover a possible bill, only NMET had any record. All this for $99. The few workers that attempted to help me explained THEY were responsible for a poor and inefficient billing system. Sadly, UF's inability to manage their own system may become your problem. Beware and avoid patient care as they have demonstrated a lack of trust.

I came to my appointment right on time, was handed a tablet to complete a survey, and then within 5 minutes I was brought back by a nurse. I believe the nurse's name was rea or rhea, she was super nice, chatted with me for a bit, took my vitals, and then let me know that doctor would be right in. Her office is private practice and the hours are from 7am - 3pm. While she doesn't stay late I don't mind because I love early morning appt. Her staff was very friendly and I mean it. No robotic like or long faces. They weren't in a hurry and really helped with my questions about the paperwork. Dr Feaster is very thorough and hands on Doctor. She explained in detail and ask questions as if she was making sure to find the right treatment for me including some referrals. The Direct Primary Care model has allowed me to reach out to her directly and receive responsive, compassionate care. She is kind and gentle with my kids and very warm and informative with my care.
