I have been taking the Pump Hero and Lady Leche supplements consistently for almost 2 months now. I have been able to keep up with feeding my LO and pumping at work which has been a journey. I've had issues with extremely low milk supply - pumping about 30ml or less each session at 7 sessions per day. I've tried oatmeal, fenugreek, drinking tons of water, power pumping, and seeing lactation consultations with still low production. Also made sure I was using the right flange size. With so many great reviews, I thought I'd give them a try. Drove 50 minutes to their storefront and was greeted by Hannah, who was very friendly and gave me recommendations on things to do to increase supply. She also mentioned that she would email me a few resources and handouts that I can review to help increase my supply, which she did the next day. I found her to be very helpful. She also recommended I try the Lady Leche Drops. I also read that the emergency brownies are helpful to many moms so I decided to get those as well. Both items costed about $46 including tax. After 7-8 days of using the drops and eating 1 brownie a day as recommended, I saw a slight increase from about 30ml per pump to 35-45ml. Unfortunately those amounts are still pretty low. Especially for the amount that I paid. I understand that these products work for a lot of women, but unfortunately I wasn't one of them. read more

Please do not purchase these products!! Read the various reviews. I purchased and subscribed to product shipments in desperation to get my milk supply to increase. Most mothers are in a state of desperation once they find they are not producing enough breastmilk. I was sad to see that when I recently gave up on breastfeeding and did not cancel the subscription in time, they still charged me for product they hadn't even shipped. I reached out the day of the subscription and they were unwilling to work with me. Sub-par!!!!! I also hate to say that the products might have a great taste, but they do not work. I was extremely excited to order Milky mama but then excitement became disappointment. I ordered two packages of the emergency Milky Mama brownies on 11/16/2025. On 11/18/2025 I received an email stating that my payment was declined for invalid payment details. On 11/24/2025 I placed a new order due to believing that the payment was declined. On 11/26/25 I saw the order has shipped thinking it was the order from 11/24/25, then on 12/3 I noticed another order had shipped so I immediately reached out to customer service. I explained the situation and even shared the email that I did not need 4 packages of brownies and the only reason that I ordered the second shipment was because I had received an email that the payment was declined. Customer service responded and said the owner would contact me which never happened and that I could not be refunded because the order had already shipped. I never authorized being charged twice and only placed the second order because of the email that I had received. Milky mama is running a shipping scam. I ordered their standard shipping at a premium rate for faster shipping and they shipped my package on parcel ground at a cheaper rate. When I called and asked for compensation or any type of resolution they told me no and to call them if it doesn't arrive in 5 days. This place is awesome! My cousin gave birth a couple months ago and had been telling me about her lactation troubles. We went in person to check out what they had and the workers there were so nice and helpful in explaining their products and what ingredients went in them :) My cousin is gluten free so we were happy that all their treats are also gluten free!! Lactating mamas, This milk collector is a new one to me... I'm sure it's been around forever but I had not seen it when breast-feeding my first child. However twice yesterday instead of pulling out my pump, I was able to use the milk collector while nursing Sebastian and got 2 1/2 to 3 ounces each time. Today I collected 4oz in the time my son nursed on the opposite breast. (This picture is from the other day when I wrote a review for Milky Mama's website but that's the milk collector beside the pumped milk.) I am also eating one lactation cookie per day. My son is gaining weight as he should and I'm beginning to start a stash of breastmilk in my deep freezer. I think, like a lot of women, I was skeptical of how well these products worked. But when I went back to work and my supply dropped to just 2 oz per pumping session (no where near enough to feed my daughter) I was desperately searching for anything to help. I power pumped, I did warm compresses, I massaged before I pumped. But I was anxious and frustrated and that was making it worse. Milky Momma saved me emotionally and mentally and I'm so grateful. As a first-time-mom I highly recommend Milky Mama for their breastfeeding/pumping expertise and their delicious lactation treats. I came across their Instagram after my friend sent me their lactation brownies and salted caramel cookies. The yummy treats boosted my milk supply. I had experienced difficulty with pumping and watched their "All About Flange Sizing" story. Wow, it was eye opening. I learned that I've been pumping using the wrong size flange this whole time (19mm). I followed their instructions and measured myself for a 15mm flange. I pumped 5.25oz last night and 8oz this morning using the new flange size. I'm extracting considerably more milk in a shorter amount of time. I can't thank them enough for taking the time to throughly explain flange sizing. I appreciate the valuable info so much! They've been a huge help in my breastfeeding journey. I worked with Krystal as our lactation consultant and learned so much in just one visit. She is knowledgeable, kind, understanding and empowering. She made me feel more comfortable about and have more success in our breastfeeding/pumping journey. She was thorough and took her time to listen and explain everything. This is also a stand alone store that sells lactation supplements and treats created by Krystal. One thing I appreciated is that not once during our visit did she try to sell me her supplements. So for starters, I left a one star review on their website, and it appears that they have removed it. This was my 2nd order, the 1st one was great but the second one was not. Both boxes of cookies I ordered were stale or overcooked, but either way they were gross. Nothing like my first experience. I informed customer service that the product was bad and they asked me to submit photos of the stale cookies. I was confused by this request because I'm not sure a photo can convey staleness... lol. So my LO is 3 months old & I started with breast feeding at the hospital ofc. I was getting like 2ml by the time I left and supplementing with formula. My supply built up quickly and I was on top of my baby's schedule with feeding and pumping.
