I started New Mom School in December 2025 for their Newborn school and it became my safe haven. I learned so much and I was so comfortable with the space that I continued on to the Infant classes and I am now continuing with the Rising Toddler classes. The information and topics covered gave me so much confidence in myself as a new mom. I recommend any new mom to sign up for these classes because motherhood can be lonely and being a group of mothers that are going through the same situations and milestone as you and your baby is self assuring. I first went to the Bumps & Bagels class interested to learn but not thinking I would sign up for anything. I just wanted to check it out. But by the time I left, I felt so informed and educated, and most importantly, like I had found such a safe and welcoming space to learn more about motherhood. I ended up signing up for the 8-week newborn class and I'm so glad I did. During the fourth trimester, it can be so hard to leave the house, but this class gave me something to look forward to each week and helped me feel more confident getting out with my baby. My family loves New Mom School! The front and back offices are always super clean & tidy (immediate green flags). I participated in an 8-week 'Rising Toddler' class with my 11 month old son. Having a time and space dedicated to him socializing with other babies in his age group was a really great experience. Dana, our instructor, is a rockstar!! Every class was engaging and fun, and it quickly became something we both looked forward to. My son explored new toys, learned new songs/stories and (most importantly) played with his baby buddies every week. As a first-time mom, having a supportive space to be honest about how postpartum is going was also very special. The other moms in my cohort were all kind and relatable. Dana always had helpful tips when we asked questions (from behavioral "my son won't stop throwing things at our dog" to developmental "how to transition to eating solids"). I highly recommend New Mom School to all pregnant moms, just register ASAP! I have been going since my baby was 3 weeks old and we've made the greatest friends and memories. My baby enjoys going and I've learned so much from so many different baby experts! It's essentially a hub of all the best vetted professionals and resources in the community for moms and babies.
