I had 3 stars because I assumed a bunch of kids goofing around just didn't get to clean, I hadn't realized that it was standard to not clean if busy: "Would just like to point out I am a manager @ this location we get pride awards on our cleanliness & we get very high scores from the health department if you come during a busy time the machine is constantly used & is going to be cleaned when we have no customers & get a chance to actually clean it we can't clean it when we have lines so it's not fair to say that we are a dirty store due to this" ... and my reply to her: "I forwarded your message along to DQ directly. Being busy is absolutely no excuse for the mess that was there that day, midday without a line. Even busy there is no reason at all for the filth. You could kill someone with allergy issues if a piece of that mess fell into their food. I have worked in the service industry, I understand how hard it is to keep a line going but never did I compromise a standard of cleanliness for speed. "
