Rich and creamy soft serve dessert. Located on the ground level of a residential condo building. Parking can be confusing and getting back up to street level is an adventure. The portion sizes are smaller about 8oz cups, but are delicious. Worth a try if you're in the area.

Love the diverse flavours the they have. Picked up the honey with crunchy cereal and the combo works so well together. They also have a watermelon ice cream inside of a watermelon that I'm def looking forward to trying next

Cozy spot near a ton of food options including KBBQ and sushi but because of that, it can get packed with the little seating. I'd lean towards the soft serve here over other items. They take cash or debit only which is another downside. Watermelon - the soft serve is a sweet watermelon sorbet which is very refreshing. The watermelon itself is annoying to cut and eat but at the end of the day it's all for the aesthetics. Would order again if friends were interested but not my choice. Green Milk Tea - they ran out of boba so that was already disappointing. Settled to try the drink since I figure the boba probably isn't anything to write home about. There was a fair green tea taste, lightly floral, with a splash of milk.

I have visited this soft-serve shop several times. I like their soft-serve presentation, taste, and variety of menu options. This time, I found out they are participating in the Nomsmag Ice Cream Festival and I really wanted to try their watermelon ice cream sandwich! Watemelon Ice Cream Sandwich - Fresh watermelon, watermelon soft serve and chocolate chips. The watermelon soft serve was dairy-free and gluten-free, so it had a texture more like frozen yogurt. It wasn't too rich, which matched well with the watermelon, making it a refreshing and perfect summer treat. The watermelon itself was bigger than I expected, and the seeds were chocolate chips, which was fun. I really liked the watermelon soft-serve sandwich. I would like to try other items from the ice cream festival menu on my next visit.

This spot is super cute with tons of soft serve and tea options. The portions are quite big for the soft serve and there are many unique flavors you can't get elsewhere so I believe the prices are justified. I tried the ube vanilla swirl icecream and was very happy with my choice. It has a nice subtle nutty flavor and goes well together with the vanilla. I do however wish there was an ube only option as well as some matcha flavor additions.

Tasty dessert spot with soft serve available with a variety of toppings! Ordered the Ube twist and it was smooth in texture but I wish the Ube flavour was more prominent. Also tried the watermelon juice was as expected. Looking forward to trying out the croffle next time!

I really enjoyed the ube soft serve at this location! It was very flavorful and it came out really quickly. There are a lot of different menu options for what to add but I decided to keep it simple. It definitely had a strong ube flavor which i really enjoyed! There is also a lot of seating here if you want to get some work done.

Summer flavors are back! We wait each year in anticipation for their watermelon soft serve wedged between a nice sweet cut of watermelon. The timing couldn't have been better since we had a day trip planned from Seattle. Another new item we tried that was awesome was the mango croffle. Fresh mango on top of a layer of cream and under it lies a waffle that has a delightful chewy mochi inside. It also comes with a side of their signature milky, creamy soft serve. Love the interior layout and have been coming for years!

Ice cream soft serve in cold weather is a super refreshing experience, especially after some spicy food, or hot bowl of noodles.   With quality milk ice cream, we are truly in heaven. This black pearl has such a great name and even more satisfying in its taste. Chocolate covered malted milk balls, sea salt and chocolate hazelnut syrup are a great combination. Wish there were a bit more malted milk balls but otherwise it was very yummy.

Came here as a group of 12 at around 9.30 PM. From the start we already know that they will not be able to accommodate us. It's free seating, but they have 8/15 filled. We decided that we would be ordering to-go and eat it outside. Would have gotten the tiramisu one, but they said they use real espresso so I decided to skip it as caffeine would would keep me awake the whole night. I ended up ordering cookies n' cream instead. Soft cream itself was creamy, not too sweet, and you can tell right away it was made from real milk. I really like how they also put the grounded Oreo at the bottom of the cup, so that even when you finish eating the top part, you still have more at the bottom. A bit pricey, but this place is a good dessert place. They only take cash or debit.

They claim to have the best soft serve in town. They may be right! Last visit (takeout) 7/24/2021 Ube (not on menu, might be seasonal) Eavh time we tried this, it was creamy, nutty perfection. Just like the ube ice cream I've tried in Hong Kong & the Philippines. Best we've had in town; needs no toppings. 5 stars Mont Blanc: Vanilla with Oreo crumbles, chocolate "rocks" apple syrup, and cotton candy. The cotton candy is delicious on its own, the oreo and chocolate aren't sweet, and neither is the vanilla soft serve (on its own, Costco & Dairy Queen's vanilla is slightly richer; this one would be too ice milk without toppings). But the sweet apple syrup ties this all together. 4.75 stars Milky Cube: natural honeycomb & honey. While I enjoyed this, it felt a little one dimensional; like an extra drizzle of milk chocolate wouldn't hurt, especially since the vanilla is already not very creamy. 3.75 stars. With so many choices we'll keep coming back Overall 8.5/10 4.25 stars

Freaking delicious dessert at Milkcow Cafe! My taste buds are sensitive when it comes to sweet food, and I give Milkcow 10/10 for the balance in organic milk with the touch of sweetness in their toppings. My mom and I came by for their boba milk tea ice cream, and I always crave the ice cream whenever I think of something sweet to eat. There is also a variety of flavours and combos with their other desserts if you are looking for more diversity! The ice cream shop itself is cozy and a great spot to chat with a friend or family member. I would definitely come back!

We stop by after 9:30 for a late dessert. The place is clean and cute. The milk soft serve ice cream is very good.

Came to Pot O' Yogurt back in early March after seeing a post on Instagram from foodie influencers…read moreabout the grand opening. On the grand opening weekend, they had a buy one get one free smoothie deal plus a lucky draw if you post about it in Instagram on the day of the opening and show the staff your insta post on your phone. I entered the draw and won a swag merch of a air freshener you can put in your car. Not bad! There was a free umbrella for the first 100 customers given out as well but i missed it. As recommended by the Instagram foodie's post i saw, i got their strawberry avocado yogurt smoothie. It actually tasted better than i expected! I could taste the avocados but the yogurt made it very creamy and sweet, and the strawberries were chopped and added in instead of blended in with the avocado and yogurt. It was a pretty refreshing drink. It was not way too sweet which is good. I highly recommend their strawberry avocado yogurt smoothie. The queue to get in wasn't too bad, as it was about 15 minutes to line up to order and another 10-12 minutes to wait for your drink to be made. They had about 5-6 staff in the back making the drinks and 2-3 staff at the cash registers. One of the staff handed out papers with info about the lucky draw and the grand opening deal. They didn't have any seats to enjoy your drink inside at the time and it was packed with people waiting for their order. I'd say their yogurt drinks worth a try for sure. I'd like to try their items like mango yogurt or their frozen yogurt cubes on my next visit.

They specialize in avocado yogurt drinks and it is really good. It is thick and smooth. However, I…read moregot the pistachio avocado smoothie and I expected some pistachio flavoring but instead it was jusr avocado smoothie with pieces of pistachio. It was not a good combo. The oreo smoothie doesn't have much taste as the yogurt flavor itself overpowers it. It is also less thick because there's no avocado in it. The avocado smoothie tastes great but they only have that one gimmick for drinks. The other specialty they have is frozen yogurt pieces which are quite expensive.
