This is high end Kelsey's that's it. They fancy up the decor to make it feel like it's high end but it's just decor. They used to have a dog and cheese platter on the appetizer menu that was the only thing that kept me coming back for patio snacks and sangria in the summer but it's no longer on the menu. There was also a goat cheese and strawberry salad that was delicious but I ordered it the last time and the strawberries were legit mouldy. There are far better restaurants out there that are local owned and better priced read more

Made reservations for early Valentines day celebrations for Saturday lunch. A very different atmosphere and ambiance than the Richmond Ave location at the Masonville mall. Bright, spacious and airy, easy to access and good parking. We ordered the Garlic cheese bread as the appetizer and strawberry lemonade for drinks. The garlic cheese bread came with a garlic parmesan dip. Our four mains were: 1. Seafood pasta with salmon, basa, shrimp in a lobster butter sauce, with an assortment of vegetables and vermicelli noodles topped with asiago cheese 2. Miso glazed cod served with jasmine rice with an assortment of vegetables 3. Cajun shrimp creole served with jasmine rice and an assortment of vegetables 4. Sirloin crab and shrimp in a lobster butter sauce served with seasonal vegetables and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. The food was very tasty, but with a few shortcomings. *The sirloin strip had a gristle edge, which should have been trimmed off. This made a part of the steak chewy/inedible. Crab was visibly non existent. This is an expensive dish over $30. Though the dish was tasty, not real value for money. *The cheesy garlic bread has a bit of a weird flavor profile. This was the first time we took leftovers of cheesy garlic bread home, without it disappearing like a magic trick before the meal. Other than plating aesthetics, the rest of the meal was enjoyed by all. Nothing beats their stacked burgers. I may have to stick to that in the future. Frendly and helpful staff. Checked with the head chef about nut contamination as we had a nut allergy person dining. Approximately $165 with tip, for four pax, no alcohol. read more

I've been to this location twice, and it was a year or so apart. First time I had the old fashion burger - it was delicious. Then more recently I had the Mayan Burger - this is the best burger!! Highly recommend it! Their food is delicious. Great service. No complaints! read more

Take your CAA card - you'll get a free appetizer when you spend over $32 on food. We always eat in the bar. I've never even been in the main part of the resto. Always great service at the bar. They are very careful about meeting dietary restrictions for people with allergies. They'll even bring out a binder to make sure that there are no sneaky ingredients that will cause trouble. Not the cheapest meal or drinks in town, but reliably good. Fun atmosphere, good music, local newspapers and comfortable seating at tables, booths are at the bar. read more

My girlfriend had kept an eye on my house while we were in California for vacation so I took her out to lunch at Milestones. We ordered wine had the popcorn shrimp for an appetizer and visited for an hour. We both then ordered the Grand Taco off the Cantina menu and thoroughly enjoy the taste sensations of the Mexican salad. The large taco was crunchy, delicious and we had extra dressing on the salad for maximum taste. A very enjoyable afternoon as always. We visited here after hearing good things from a relative. We had visted another Milestone's location in London and not been impressed We arrived around 6:00PM on a Friday and it was busy but we were seated immediately. Hostess was very pleasant and provided us with the usual information about where things were in the restaurant and so on. Our server was very pleasant and explained feature items and special wine offerings. She also provided a taste of the two featured New Zealand wines. Made choosing much easier. The menu is not overwhelming but offers a wide variety of items. The seafood pasta was very well received and would definitely be ordered again. The New York striploin was perfectly cooked as ordered and not overly seasoned. The flavour was excellent. Garlic mashed potatoes were very flavourful but might have been somewhat warmer. The green beans and with baby carrots were cooked perfectly. Service was excellent and even though the restaurant was becoming busier, we never felt rushed. Overall a very positive experience and we will return next week with friends. Well worth a visit. read more

Milestones: where I go for predictable food and service, both of which are decent, albeit not great. They offer a free appetizer with entree purchase if you fill out a survey online (remember it's limited to an $11 value). This location is a bit isolated (you can't walk around before/after your meal unless you enjoy long stretches of parking lots) but it's cosy inside. I've been here four or five times in the last year or so. The service is probably better than the food here; frequent drink refills and attentive staff make for a generally pleasant dining experience. The nutritional information for menu items is available online (unlike Moxies), so you can get a sense of their menu choices before heading over. Staff here surpass Moxies service standards every time - order accuracy and speed tends to be consistent at Milestones. Sadly, healthy choices are few and far between; you'll probably need to ask for modifications and substitutions if you want something decent. This would be acceptable except for their veg portion sizes - especially at this location! This is my biggest pet peeve! Every single time I ask for extra veggies instead of rice/potatoes I have to ask for additional veggies SEVERAL times; otherwise I end up with about 7 asparagus spears and 4 carrots with chicken breast for $26. This gives you an idea of their priorities - filling up customers with cheap carbs and skimping on anything with actual nutritional value. Salad here seems healthy but they offer no light dressing options - count on at least 54-62 grams of fat unless you hold the dressing. Fortunately, Milestones does provide gluten-free options - that might be something to consider since most other restaurants don't. Bathrooms are clean but the motion-sensor activated lighting fails every time - the lights go off while I'm still inside. read more

Recently came to London on a work trip and had dinner here with a few others. The service is great! I had the pasta (which was a massive serving by the way) and it did not disappoint. What can I say? I was here 4 times during my first week in London. Twice for lunch, then for dinner, then for dessert. I had the crab cake special for lunch on my first visit. The waiter was friendly & helpful. On our second visit, he remembered us and our orders. For dinner, I had the prime rib special - exquisite! When the manager heard that we were on our third visit in four days, he came by with some coupons for free appetizers on our next visit. I don't usually do dessert, so when I say the desserts here are amazing, listen up. :) They have a full bar and some wonderful dessert liquers. They even have an outdoor bar with leather furniture. I can't wait for the warmer weather to check it out! Highly-recommended! I think that I could eat here for a month before I tried everything on the menu. read more

I love this Milestones location. It is close to my house. The servers are very fast and attentive. My food is always cooked consistently well. I usually get the steak or prime rib as my entree. I am sad that the goat cheese appetizer has once again been changed. It used to come with a delicious fig jam. I was only disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm in the hostess. The hostess was kind of indifferent and not smiling at all. A hostess should be bubbly and happy or she is going to scare away customers. read more

My wife and I went here for our 4th anniversary two weeks ago. We went all out with appetizers entrées dessert drinks...you name it. What we got was an amazing dinner that exceeded our expectations ten fold! A friendly courteous staff never left us waiting and every aspect of the meal was phenomenal. Beautiful decor......greeted at the door by 2 polite young hostesses ...... service a little slow.....waited for a server....... however when she got to the table it was ..fast and efficient. Food was outstanding 2 of us had the Seafood Salad ...5 star for sure !!!!!!! the other person with us does who does not care for goat cheese ....remarked that it seemed to be on a number of items on the menu (awesome for me) not so much for her ...she had the Thai salad loved it !!!! overall great experience only thing I would hope for is that they will carry some of the lite beers Mick Ultra 90cal's or Bud 55cal's remember most of us are calorie conscience these days....... This is a great place to go if you're looking for a little bit more than pub food. The restaurant is clean, cozy and very welcoming. Staff are all friendly, attentive (but not annoyingly so) and drinks and food all arrive in a timely fashion! I absolutely LOVE the goat cheese platter (comes with warm nan bread, roasted garlic, and this amazing fig spread)!!! You have to try it, makes a great appetizer to share or lunch for one! We had prime rib and added this seafood topping (I believe it was crab and shrimp but all we could find/taste was the shrimp). It was really good either way. For dessert we had the flourless chocolate ganache.... Oh my is it ever good! Ladies date night is great too, four appetizers and four drinks for $40! I'll definitely be returning! read more

I will not complain about the young ladies in black or anything else for that matter. Milestone served a steak, shrimp and pasta dish that was very good. Steak was a top that surprised me. The chef turned it into a tasty dish. A little more medium than med rare but not enough to go back. Garlic potatoes and Cesar salad price...not sure, the boss picked up this one. I'll go back. I attended a networking event at Milestones Wonderland last night and was blown away by the level of service and the quality of the food and beverages. Both the general manager and the head chef came out to greet each attendee personally, and made us all feel like VIPs. I have been here more then I can count, undoubtedly the best experience is when the main FT manager (front of the houSe) is worker. He opens the door, seats you, checks in halfway through and then when you leave opens the door and says farewell. Some places it is hard enough to get eye contact. It was ok. The portobello mushroom chicken was good, substituted noodles for garlic mashed potatoes. It was fairly busy, a Saturday night but we were seated fairly quickly. Perhaps it was our table location right by the hostess stand but the whole experience was quite chaotic. The space between tables isn't that big so regularly people bumped our table on the way by and whenever the waitress was at our table she had to lean right over it to avoid be knocked by the steady stream of passersby. As well, and I find this to be the case in most of the Milestones, because of the design with it being completely open across the entire restaurant from about 4 feet off the ground to the ceiling its VERY noisy. There's no high columns or mini-walls to absorb sound so its always a bit of a zoo in there. Not a fan of the ambience. read more
