I went there looking for a dishwasher and found one. I was fearful that it might not work, since you can't plug it up there and find out, so I asked the guy in charge of that area if I get home and find out it doesn't work then what can I do. He told me that I could bring it back and get a full return if I do it before the end of the week. When I registered, the lady told me that if I have a problem with it and I just don't wait 30-40 days then I can do the same. Those words stuck in my head so it gave me peace. I get home and we're having problems with it and so I call back 2 days later and the guy who picked up the phone said "That's a problem because we don't take returns or exchanges". He passed the phone off to a woman, and I'm mad I didn't ask for both their names because I would just blast both of them versus the whole business, but the attitude was insane. They acted like I was stealing money from their own pockets.

I gave a lot of grace in the beginning due to time constraints that were outside of the company, but soon started to see that the GC was the problem. I was told the project was going to take 3-months - it took about 8 months to complete and I'm still waiting on some items. A lot of work had to be redone due to it being installed improperly or sloppy work. I expressed how I wanted things to go and the contractor did their own thing. I issued the last check with the impression that they would come back to fix my shower because on the best day the water is hot for maximum of 2 minutes and cold after that . I haven't heard from the contractor in months. I've called, emailed, spoken to the assistant that said they would call back but haven't. I would not recommend this company at all. They lack customer service and follow thru, the work has been subpar and it's a struggle finding someone with good work ethic and integrity

This contractor came in with a blank contract template, asking me to sign it. There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.

Salesman Bulent, Satyr Hill Shopping Center E Joppa RD…read more I had been looking and pricing cabinet on line and in person for over a month and had decided on RTA unfinished cabinets from HD. I was in Satyr Hill Shopping Center on E Joppa RD. for lunch after visiting HD in shopping center next store and saw a new cabinet store a few doors away. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by Bulent. I explained that cost was a big factor in my selection and believed that he could not even get close to the price I already had from HD for unfinished ready to assemble cabinets, Bulent indicated he had time and was willing to take a look if I had time. He took my existing design drawings; I had made and he entered into his system and made a great rendering for me to see, then he had some great ideas and made some suggestions on improvements that I thought would add extra cost. The first price was much higher than HD but he suggested another selection of cabinets that did not have as many color choices but something close (wife needed to approve) The new price was close and they came assembled and painted saving me some back-end cost. Went home discussed color with my wife she agreed that this would be a good option, next day I went back and placed order expecting a long delivery. Few weeks latter they call to set up delivery I asked them to hold a few weeks and they did without any problems. Delivery was good and units were inspected and repackaged before delivery, all in great condition. First problem came up and here is where a company fails or shines. I had a small problem with shelving and Bulent jumped on the problem like they were his cabinets, he kept in contact with me every day to resolve the problem and did not stop until the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I was ecstatic with his resolution; this is the mark of a good salesman and company. This company shines. I spent most of my life in customer support and a small problem resolved is great way to show pride in the company. Quality of the cabinets is great, fronts, backs, sides and shelving are all real wood, not particle board. In this case they are being used as storage in my master bedroom where I do not expect them to be in contact with water so I could have used MDF but wood is so much nicer. Great salesman, great company and product, now they even added large screen in their showroom so you can see your design in progress. Highest recommendation, I do not do this often.
