This contractor came in with a blank contract template, asking me to sign it. There had been no details of the kind of work that was to be done, and when I mentioned the lack of information, he said I could fill it out myself. He kept insisting to sign the contract and give him an immediate deposit. I obviously declined signing a blank contract, and he started to try and intimidate me which I found so ridiculous. I just told him we will find someone else. Very unprofessional, and people should know.

My home has a flat, walkable soft membrane roof, and the prices I was being quoted were extremely high. I was starting to think I would just have to bite the bullet. Then I met Mike from Kelbie Roofing. He took the time to walk me through everything that would be done and also included repair work for the damage caused by the leaking roof. I ultimately chose Kelbie Roofing for a few reasons: the pricing was fair, the work was explained clearly, and the reviews from previous clients were mostly positive. Once the project began, it took about two days to complete the roof, and the final result looked amazing. Mike took pictures throughout the entire process, which was especially helpful and reassuring since I was not home during the installation. The added repairs for the interior damage caused by the leak did take longer than I would have liked because of the cold weather and other factors. That was probably my only issue. However, once the temperatures allowed the work to be completed, the repaired areas looked flawless. It was as if nothing had ever happened. Throughout the process, Mike was very easy to reach, primarily by text, and his communication was always professional. I felt confident that the job was in the right hands. They tore out abs disposed of existing cabinets and appliances, installed new flooring, lights, repainted everything, installed a tile backsplash, the cabinets, and all new appliances.
