I got there to find out that they didn't.Then she told me they would print it tonight and have it ready for the next morning. Wasn't the case, they hadn't even started by 9:30 am. And then on top of that some of the pages were upside down. Then I went back to get it fixed and found out that they DID have covers but the lady who helped me didn't feel like checking. And then not even a discount on the cover for the hassle of driving 20 minutes out of my way (again) because of the mistake . Unfortunately this place appears to be the only place that binds and covers 11x17 projects. I sorely hope I'm introduced to a more professional printing center before I need another project done.
