I had to reach out to them multiple times the next two business days to get an update. Their offer to reschedule was *another* 10 days later. And this was just for a diagnostic. Not even to repair. Cancelled my claim with them. I encourage others to seeks services elsewhere. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism and accountability.
