5 times I've gone in and out of my way for larger prints which they have done for me repeatably in the past. 5 times now it's a "ya sorry we're busy" leave them and maybe a couple of days..... yet there is nothing printing, not a sole in the print area. Toady they wanted an additional $12 for today service, again nothing printing.... My advice go anyplace else, this store is broken. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Had to fax a report to my doctors office. Went to staples. 20 pages. $35.00 Really? I figured $5 or $6? I could do it for free at my office but it's closed due to COVID-19. Way to go staples. I would drive the report to the doctor before I would pay you $35.00. Oh and even better? It's Self-serve. Dude at the printing area (wish I got the name of this masked man) says, "yeah.. faxing is kinda expensive". No dude, faxing is antiquated and pretty much free in developed countries. Over priced and their services are a joke. Bad management and under paid associate that give you attitude. The donation bags are great if all the money you donate to them bags actually go to the foundation and not into staples bank account. They expect you to buy a service plan on there crappy laptops or crappy technology items. You can find way better deals at Walmart or any other retail outlet. NEVER AGAIN !!! Always a waste of time, always a catch. Had an email for $5 off $20 or more coupon. A- Their app stinks, you cannot simply send it to your Staple account, B- of course there about 20 lines worth of fine print you would need a microscope for and naturally for who knows what reason, the coupon wouldn't work. Compare to CVS, you get an email for a coupon and you can simply 'send to card' with no catches. As usual just another wasted trip to Staples. Told them they just lost another customer to Amazon. This will be a review of my visit to the Copy Center earlier today. My experience reminds me why I have been so negative about the chain recently. I stopped in to make a single copy of a document as my home scanner unexpectedly bit the dust last night (I know where I'm not purchasing a replacement). None of their machines wanted to accept my debit card. I couldn't purchase one of the copy cards either. For what it's worth, the card worked at every other stop we made today. Yes, I long for the days when we could be trusted to make our copies and simply go to the front checkout to pay for my copies. I proceed to the counter and I wait for about five minutes while the girl watches another customer on the phone. Are you kidding me, you can't help someone else while he figures out what he's doing? She finally decides she can help me. Instead of simply making the one copy I told her I needed. She slooooooooowly opens her cash drawer and hands me a card with no instructions and walks back to help Mr Cell Phone. I make my copy in less then 30 seconds and off I go to the bored and lonely cashier. Don't you know, he is unable to do anything with the card. WTF. I am forced to walk back and wait another ten minutes to pay a dime. If I didn't need the copy so bad and it didn't have personal information on it I, would have simply walked out. read more

This store has top notch workers during the day. RON is the best tech guy they have. There is also another guy who always helps me find anything I need. Our attempt at using the USPS at this store today just continues to prove that the chain is hiring people who simply don't know what they're doing. Because a local post office was closed, my wife remembered that this Staples is supposed to be a USPS. All she wanted to do was mail a Christmas card to a pen pal in England that she's been writing to for over 40 years. It never costs over $2. When my wife approached a young woman who didn't know how to handle it, my wife said all she had to do was weigh it for postage and mail it. A young man approached and stated, "Oh no. It has to go through customs and will cost $10-15." Made angry by the arrogant ignorance of the young man, we left and went to the North Oxford Post Office where we mailed the card $1.85. This after experiencing the seemingly aggravating worsening of UPS service at the copy center over the past year or so. It's become far easier and faster to drop off UPS packages at the UPS Store just down the street. Oh, and another thing: Have fun trying to find a valid Staples survey site without a receipt. Would like to say the copy center needs hire more experienced people. Was there for over 1-1/2hours trying to get invitations made. the girl trying to help had no clue what to do which was understandable because she was learning. The store was crazy busy they need to hire more people that know what there doing especially this time of year. Needless to say after all the frustration we just walked out. Ridiculous the Senior girl there should have stepped in to help. Totally Unexceptable for a large store, very disappointing!!! read more

I went here to have my phone screen fixed, they put a new screen on and within 24 hours I was having issues. The home button doesn't work, it periodically just goes to a black screen and I have to restart the whole phone. They RUINED the phone and refused to warranty the work and told me It would be $60 to even look at it. I paid more here than I would anywhere else and they did a horrible job - I got in touch with store manager Daravann and he laughed at me and hung up. Great customer service. Don't bring your phone here to get the screen fixed, one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. read more

This is probably my 3rd Yelp review, I've ever done, as I really only do it for BIG REASONS. I've done one "bad", one "good", and now I get to write a "Great" one! I was so frustrated, when my printer ran out of ink today, and really couldn't bear the thought of having to spend a butt-load of money on new cartridges & then installing them. I, also, wasn't thrilled about having to spend the usual $6-$8 on printing out a couple of shipping labels, either. But, the latter prevailed & I went to the Staples Printing Center, in Auburn, MA. I was welcomed very professionally & graciously by Terri, one of the Print staff. I told her my situation & was extremely happy to find out that I had been printing my labels the hardest, and most expensive, ways possible! She stood by me, walking me through each of the steps, without making me feel rushed or a bother. She was also able to help an elderly woman, who was working next to me, at the same time. (she's quite the multi-tasker!) The whole Print Center team were very upbeat and super friendly, which made me feel very at ease. I wish ALL of the Staples' locations had employees like Terri, because I'd definitely go there a lot more! But, at least, NOW I know that the Auburn, MA location is THE ONE to go to! I really appreciated everything she did for me, and it made my day a little less stressful, which was a God sent! I would recommend this Staples to EVERYONE! Erin read more
