A solid pizza joint when visiting Wrightwood, CA. We spent a relaxing weekend getaway recently in Wrightwood. It was after the snow season with light crowds and locals. On our way up, we called in an order for pickup, and it was ready when we arrived in town. We ordered a few large pizzas and some hot wings. The Raccoon Special, Cheese, and Gourmet Pesto Pizza were all hot and delicious. They didn't skimp on the toppings. I was surprised by how stacked the Raccoon Pizza was and the amount of olives in the Gourmet Pesto Pizza. The hot wings were a good size, and the sauce was tangy and tasty. It also came with a couple of ranch dressing dip. The menu also offers pasta, calzones, salad, garlic bread, and more! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are no tables inside, but there are a few outside to dine at.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was kind and hardworking, quickly preparing orders. The prices are reasonable for the quality. They also have a variety of merch if you want to further support. The good: I ordered for pickup and got a large pizza that was half cheese with thin crust and half Mediterranean with a cauliflower crust. We also got a chicken Caesar salad. I loved the artichoke and ham slices on the pizza and how you could choose two different crusts for a single pizza. The online menu was easy to order from. I liked the cheese islands on the cheese pizza. My picky toddler ate it which made me so happy. I liked that the pizza wasn't too saucy nor too salty. The bad: The pizza was a bit over cooked with some black burnt edges and a hardened crust. The salad dressing was packaged and not made in house. The interesting: Delivery orders take 45 minutes and takeout orders take 30. The prices are very fair and there are many menu options. read more

I love this little pizza place. I picked up my order last night and I told the guys working that they've ruined pizza for me and I crave theirs all the time. The service is always fast and I don't think I've ever had to wait to grab my food after ordering over the phone. The pizza is so good I always forget to take a photo of it. Ordered me a good ol' pickle pie (Pickle Pizza for those who don't know) with a sweet twist! (Pineapples for those who don't know) Really loved it! This is exactly the type of pizza that I love. Thick crust with lots of sauce and cheese. I'm not a big fan of red sauce so I'm always on the hunt for a good alfredo/garlic white sauce alternative and this spot was on point. The cauliflower crust pizza is unbelievable! I would never know it's cauliflower. It's thin and crispy and just perfect.

I'm so sick of this place! They're so hit or miss! My husband LOVES this place for their pizza and calzones, and while I do enjoy their wings , the pasta is NEVER consistent! Either it's really yummy or it's a disaster! And most of the time it's a disaster! There is no sauce on my pasta and the meatballs are BLONDE! There's barely ANY sauce on this spaghetti! Great place to eat in Wrightwood. They have vegan crust and vegan cheese. They really pile on the toppings, they don't skimp like a lot of places, so I really feel the prices are super fair. And whatever vegan cheese they are using is really good and melts well. The staff was also really great and helpful. There is nowhere to sit inside and eat, so you have to do takeout. The outside of the building is very cute at night with the lights though! I'd eat here again on another trip! read more

I was in Wrightwood today and this place was so good, I had to immediately write a review. I tried their Hawaiian and their Mountain Mike Alfredo. Absolutely delicious! The crust was chewy, but crispy, and the toppings were bountiful. It's been a while since I've had pies like that. The flavor was there and the toppings were yummy. The artichoke on the Mountain Mike Pizza which also comes with chicken, spinach, and Alfredo sauce didn't taste like it came out of a jar like I've experienced with other places. I'd be willing to come back up here just for this pizza spot. The prices were very reasonable. A lot less than what I pay in Rancho Cucamonga. Solid neighborhood pizza joint. No seating inside but there are benches outside for a sunny day. The service was alright, prompt. We had the medium Mountain Mike Alfredo Pizza for $18. My wife said that it was one of her favorite pizzas because it was as if they had put straight pasta sauce on the pizza. I thought it was quite plain and could use more garlic or some bacon. Came here Sunday afternoon with my family who ordered 3 pizzas. Let me start off by saying pizza was good! Our only problem was that the gentleman working that day was VERY RUDE!! VERY VERY RUDE! We had asked a question about where the nearest bathrooms were, mind you we even apologized for bugging him- which we really didn't , we simply just asked a question.. & he responded VERY RUDELY& SARCASTICALLY .. we let him know we aren't from around here when we asked which direction & he just seemed so irritated!
