I started going there for manicures & then pedicures when it was very new. I was always quite impressed with the owner -- his reason for opening, his vision & strategy for his company, and his sense of the operational details that could make all the difference in his customers' experiences there. Having spent my career in Brand management and marketing with a number of large corporations, he was absolutely right on!!!! With every new appointment I had, I could easily see the progress he had made by gradually changing things so that Nailbox reflected more and more, in vivid reality, what his strategy was! Continuous improvement!!! How often does one see that in a nail salon in the Miami area???! I've tried MANY, but Nailbox is unique in this regard!! Huge kudos to the owner -- everything starts from the top, which is why I always enjoyed going there -- always positive energy and a fun vibe, lots of really nice conversation if desired, and WITHOUT EXCEPTION, lovely nails when I walked out. With an attentive, customer-oriented desire to deliver exactly what was requested by the consumer by the owner, I am really happy to hear that customers LOVE their experiences at Nailbox, and they have successfully even improved on their outstanding delivery of exactly what the customer is hoping for during the past three years. One can rest assured that it will be as good or better every time one uses Nailbox, as compared to the last time, because of the owner's well-thought-through plans emanating from his strategy, sincere involvement in managing operations, day-to-day, and his attitude towards his customers: deliver what they want or better!!! I highly recommend!!!
