The person who greeted me told me that it could be 9 months to up to 1 YEAR before the watch specialist could look at them. I asked about one in specific (a 1930s Omega watch) and how much that would be, and unsurprisingly that was estimated at between $150-250 for cleaning and any repairs. I was not surprised by the pricing, but very surprised by the wait.
